Neat & Clean with Helpful Friendly Staff!

This store becomes like a second home.

If you can, go shop at the Westbury Home Depot. Very helpful and friendly employees. Always someone there to help and explain to you any questions you have. Their manager is extremely caring and it shows in their store and crew. Love this store over all the rest in the area.

Unfriendly and unhelpful store employees, could not find products that we were looking for in sections directed to. You have to find products on your own with no assistance from staff or wrong info.

Been coming here for years. Conveniently located, friendly employees and the store is always neat and organized. Very satisfied.

The home depot store is neat, organized, clean, and beautifully organized. Be very patient as there are way to few people to assist. Make sure you are not in a rush. Easy to park easy to get in and out. Easy check out process as well. But finding anything that you are not familiar about requires some time and patience. The people working in the store are real nice. Just not enough floor help.

Have been to many Home Depot stored in the U.S.,. but never experienced outstanding, superior, professional Customer Service such as the type and kind provided by Assistant Store Manager Mickey and her staff. Thank you!!!

The store is neat, clean an fully stocked. The floor staff and knowledgeable and friendly. The cashiers are friendly, caring, respectful & efficient. Shontay, the cashier, is a gem, definitely a jewel of the Home Depot store. I drive from Queens to go to this store because of the staff. They make this store outstanding!

The staff at the store are respectful and knowledgeable. Maryann an Bob in the paint dept are the greatest. They were attentive, caring, smiling, professional & gave individualized attention to each of the customers. The Westbury is the best!

THE ENTIRE PRO DESK TEAM IS GREAT, I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING HERA AT LEAST 8 TIMES A MONTH. THEY TREAT ME LIKE FAMILY, THEY MAKE SURE I GET WHATEVER I NEED. WHERE I LIVE THERE ARE MORE HOME DEPOTS AROUND BUT I DONT MIND TO DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES FOR THE EXPERIENCE AND THE SUPERB SERVICE. Excellent, clean and well stocked store with wonderful, freindly and helpful employees unlike another Home Depot which I will not mention. A pleasant experience and I purchased all that I required. The cashier was a wonderful young lady who was helpful and attentive to my needs and even inquired if I was a veteran which was the first time I have ever been asked. In all a very nice store which I will frequent. Thank you!

The most organized Home Depot in Nassau County based on my personal experience visiting other Home Depots on Long Island. The cashier, Alexia was amazing.

If you need paint this store is a must. Go to the paint dept. and ask for JT. He will guide you through everything. A really good experience.

The employees on this store are not friendly and do not provide good assistance. The location is convenient but I dread having to go there! This past weekend, it took 20 minutes after we paid for propane for someone to come in and deliver. And they give us attitude, as if WE are the ones causing problem.

Clerks are friendly and helpful. A clerk escorted me all the way to the other side of the store to make sure I found what I was looking for. Paint department was great also, the clerk explained my options and offered suggestions. It's not my neighborhood store but if in the area again I would definitely shop there again

I received a pallet of stones for my home. I found out as I was opening up the bags and spreading the rocks, that there were hundreds of bugs mixed in with the stones. I tried to put home defense spray on the rocks in an effort to kill the bugs. I must have opened up 10 bags out of the 65. I am not looking to have bugs in my garden for infestation. This will eventually feed into my home. Why am I getting stones with hundreds of bugs in the bags. I don’t want the bugs. What your remedy? I tried calling the store to speak with the manager but get switched to a phone that just rings. I called again, and was told the manager will call you. Ha... I doubt that would happen...

Im rebuilding a deck for a client and are replacing some wood and doing a re-stain. This is a nice store. Few people walking the isles. Lots of helpful employees! The guys in Paint and Lumber were great! Both went out of they ways to get me what I needed for this Job. I had BM spects from the client, and the guy in paint duplicated them. I was very happy, and saved a few bucks. GA

The stores online inventory is unreliable. They listed 25 of one item in stock and had none, and listed 8 of another, and had only a few damaged ones.
