The folks that work in the doors section really know their stuff. Saved me $$$ when purchasing a new patio deck door and front door.

The store was clean. The sunflower bird seed area had been home to some smelly rodents.

The customer service was the best customer service in had in a wile. From any department store and was very helpful when we asked for help they didn’t just point us in the right directions they took us to the product we was searching for and gave us there best input on what they thought was the best choice for the job. Having lived in Leesburg, VA for 12 years I have been very pleased at the amazing difference in customer service and pride of work ethic with the Ranson, WV Home Depot staff. They actually go out of their way to stop what they are doing and help. I have never been to a better Home Depot

The store is nicely laid out, well stocked and "shopper friendly". Last year I bought 14 bags of planting soil, 4 bags of top soil, tomato plants, tulip bulbs, mint plants and a flowering, hanging potted plant. Also bought 24 solar lights. All turned out beautifully. Can't wait to come in and get my bulbs and veggie plants for this year. I love the fact that the prices were very affordable and didn't bust my wallet. Love the Ranson location Home Depot.

The store associates are always friendly and very helpful I always feel like they are trying to help me the best they can,especially Mark,Cory,And Bob at the Prodesk and Tami the Pro Cashier.A very good idea to have materials needed in the front of the store as needed for occasions such as extreme weather and emergency situations.
