How do I know if the tool I want is available?
Stop by your local Rental Center to see what's available. You can also call first to confirm a tool's availability, or visit our tool rental page to see if it's offered at your local store. If it's not, try another nearby store or contact our Rental Center associates to find where that tool may be available. Can I rent tools by the hour?
Tool rentals start at four hour time slots. Simply choose the length of time that suits you. Small home improvement jobs may only require a short rental period, and long-term jobs can also be accomodated. You've got options to rent tools by the day, week, or month, too. If you need it longer than your initial rental period, call your Rental Center for an extension and avoid late fees.
When do I return the tools?
You're welcome to return the tools early if you complete your project faster than planned, but on-time works, too. As long as you return it by the deadline you were given when you rented it, you'll be good to go. Please clean off residual dust, mud, and grime from the tool as well. If you need them longer, call your rental center to see if you can extend your rental period.
Do saw blades come with tile saw rentals?
Yes, power saw rentals usually come with blades, but we recommend that you buy a new one. You probably won't get a sharp saw blade that comes with your rental. However, you might get lucky and have a sharpened blade on the saw. As there's no guarantee, it's better to buy a suitable blade, just in case.
