I needed a 4X4X8 board for a craft project. I was trying to find one that didn't have cracks or warping. Mike in Lumber saw me struggling to lift the boards and immediately came over to help. He taught me how to look down a board to see if it was straight and then proceeded to go through approximately 25 boards until we found the perfect one. Afterwards he put them all back for me. When I got to check out, Kathleen, was unable to find the sku. She made a quick call to Lumber and had it in less than a minute. She was also very kind, apologetic for the wait, and asked if I needed assistance loading the board into my truck. Both employees were wonderful. Give them both a raise and let them know they are appreciated.

Great Store I love Home Depot they carry everything you could every want.

better then most homedepote stores I have been too, they actually had a discount isle for lumber. saved more then we spent and clerk was happy and allot of fun to deal with. Had several questions and clerks were happy to help us and would take us to where item was located.

I had great service from Selene in flooring department

I am always greeted by an associate when I walk in the door and asked if I need directions or help. I can always find an associate if I do need help finding something. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. I love the garden center department of my local Home Depot. The things I usually buy are always stocked and the plants available in Spring and Summer are always healthy. I've bought plants at other stores that died or had bugs, but never at Home Depot!

Both my husband and I have commented on numerous times, how nice it is to shop at the Rio Rancho HD. The associates are gracious. If one isn't sure about a a product or process, they take the time to find someone who can help. It's much more like a neighborhood hardware store, than a big box store. What a great group of people working there!

I drastically reduced my purchases at Home Depot because the user experience at my closest location, 2820 Coors NW is so unpleasant. Who knew that just few miles up the road there's a Home Depot that seems like it's from another solar system?! I've moved most my business to your major competitor despite the fact that I am tax exempt at the Depot and not at the other. I'll come back to the Depot now that I have this store available to me.

This store has the most organized, clean and appearance...It has a very knowledgeable staff and friendliest cashiers. All staff is most helpful. I love Home Depot and it's employees. Thank you.

I found the store very well organized. I set out to find a coupling needed for my water heater at home. I had a good idea of what I needed. But wasn't sure. I ran into an associate and asked for assistance n he gladly walked back with me to the proper isle and immediately assisted me with the correct part I needed. I wish I could have gotten his name. I know he was doing his job, but this guy took his time walking with me and making sure I found everything I needed. Thank-you for your great service!

The associate in lighting was very helpful, I needed specialty light bulbs and he was able to explain the difference, because he was so knowledgeable I wound up purchasing the more expensive bulbs and was happy about it as they will last 22+ years. Also there was no waiting in line to check out and on a Friday afternoon no less - this was a great experience for me.

This Home Depot is a very well stocked home improvement outlet that is very clean and well organized. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and eager to assist you as a customer.

It's easy to find items I need as the aisles are clearly marked.

This is a great Home Depot store. It is well staffed with people who know the store and the needs of customers. It always has what I want, and is easy to navigate and find things.

Just before Christmas time I purchased $300 of gift works for employees at my work. That day I had my two small children with me in a shopping cart. After purchasing the gift cards I placed the cards in the cart with my kiddos and left. I returned the cart to the cart return and then got my kids out leaving the bag of cards. I did not notice I left the bag of cards. I called the store and they had associates from the store start looking for the bag. I then went back to the store to speak the the manager Jaime. We never found the cards as you would expect. However I was extremely grateful for all of the associates help with looking and Jaime's understanding of the matter. Being that I used my company credit card for this purchase I would of have to re-purchase more cards with my own money. Jaime went above and beyond and contacted his superior to void the transaction for me. I am extremely grateful for Jaime and all of his associates help.

Aside from one needed item not being in stock, and the alternative in-stock item not being an option, I was able to acquire all other necessary items and associate assistance when needed. This store, and this visit, was a positive experience.

I enjoy my local Home Depot, I usually find what I need in stock. There a few times when something is not in stock. However, the associate will always advise whether to buy on line or wait until the item I need is back in stock. The local store is always clean and easy to navigate, signs posted above the end caps identify electrical, plumbing, small tools, etc., etc. Associates are typically easy to spot and very ready to help. The best part is when they seem stumped the associate will get the help needed for answers. I recommend Home Depot for all your "Do It Yourself" and commercial construction needs!

From the stunning views of the Sandias from the parking lot, to the coyote roaming the parking lot, my home depot experience was memorable. Virginia in Home appliances was the most helpful, kind associate I have dealt with in a long time. The store in general was clean and appealing and I will definitely shop there again! and again!

Recently at the Rio Rancho Home Depot. Had to visit 3 departments, gardening, hardware and a replacement propane bottle. In every department the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. They loaded my mulch without me having to ask, cut wire and 2 new keys in no time flat and the propane exchange was done in a heartbeat.

I live about 20 miles from the store so I called to check avaliably of the range I was looking for.The associate was very helpful. When I arrived at the store the range was already pulled and ready for me to check out. What a great experence!

I needed to match paint in a house I just bought. The paint department was extremely helpful . They told me how to bring in a chip of the paint from the wall and then they were able to match it exactly! They were wonderful. I have also been very impressed that when I ask where I can find a product the associate insists on showing me him or her self and staying with me until I have found exactly what I need. Thank you!

good experiance with finding what i needed with the help of the assiciates

at times the person answering the phone will have to sent me to another department and I lose the call... do not know if it is my phone or the phone system. I love Home Depot and purchase items regularly. however when I ask for assistance to assist in putting 60 lb bags of quickrete in my cart... I really would not like to hear a store associate say "I will do it for you for 50 bucks" even though he was "kidding" so he says... which he was kidding buhh he did not know what kind of day I was having and I did not want to hear anything like that. ... I told him I will write the store and request he get extra on his holiday bonus check... I love Home Depot... I would probably have my bridal registry at Home Depot someday when someone is willing to ask me to marry HIM. Thank you for your time, from a GrandmaOleLady... who loves Home Depot.
