For the most part the store is clean, however the outside garden area is filthy, full of filthy pigeons and pigeon feces all over the place. The pigeons are very aggressive, and fly right at you. I have seen them knock over and break plant pots, and most of the pots I saw there have pigeon feces in them. There is also pigeon feces all over the ground, making it very uncomfortable to walk in that area. On the inside of the store, the employees are very friendly and very helpful.

Love our Home Depot, Most everyone is so friendly and very helpful....I go just about everyday it seems, probably more like twice a week...My go to place for Yard and Home.

Purchased a portable air conditioner unit that was used but sold as brand new. Came with a remote but was not in our box. Did not have a manual in the box. All the weather stripping was used, lint was in the filters, and water was coming out of the unit. Will not shop at this Home Depot again.

They really have some very helpful and knowledgeable Associates at this store. Whenever I need assistance, help is easy to find, and they provide sound advice.

I have always had great customer service here. The garden center supervisor Anthony is always willing to help and is extremely knowledgeable bout his department and other departments as well. also the associates in garden always have a smile on their face when they help me.

Do not call this store, no one will answer. I had an issue with a dryer I bought that stopped working after 10 days, yes, days. Called the store for help yesterday, waited 20 minutes, no one answered. Called back and tried another extension, waited an hour for someone to answer. She she did, I told her I waited an hour and that my dryer broke, she said let me transfer you, waited another 20 minutes for no one. I literally got ready and drove there with my phone ringing. When I got there I showed Angela, the manager. Then explained my problem. Angela called Maytag, who was closed. She put a note for herself to call them today because she would be in a t 9am. She was to call me and let me know what was going to happen or how she could help.. I have yet to heat from her. I tried calling her this afternoon but all I did was waist another 30 minutes for no one to answer. I am extremely disappointed. I am considering returning the dryer and going elsewhere.

Huge staffing of knowledgeable professionals that help me get what I need to accomplish the remodeling of our home. Often a daunting task of working on my day(s) off is helped to a fast start by the folks at Home Depot and I appreciate everything they do for me.

Clean, well organized, clerks know their jobs. VIRGINIA, in Appliances, knew how to take care of customers, was very helpful, and knowledgeable.

My wife and I love coming to this store because of the selection, service and location. The employees are always welcoming, enthusiastic and very friendly and ready to help at the drop of a dime. We love the service and the selection of plants during spring are gorgeous. We recently moved into a new home in the Rio Rancho area and we go to the Home Depot every chance we get for gardening supplies or just to pass the time walking through out the store on our free time just to get ideas! We just had a storm door installed in our house and it looks great!

I had quite a bit of lumber to load and Keith was super helpful and performing the Tetris task to load the truck in a manner which was safe very patient and helpful and I appreciate his help thank you Marcus

Excellent store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Most of the staff have remained at the store over the years and this shows they are motivated and enjoy helping people like me. Associates seem to take more of an interest in the client and are always willing to go the extra mile. I always find the help I need and follow through.

Jaime Moran was a very good manager, unfortunately, he has been moved to the Santa Fe Location. I could be wrong but the store was better stocked before and he emphasized customer service to his employees. Please bring him back.

Store is clean and, for the most part, neat and well organized. For a smaller store, it has a good selection, and the rental department has a pretty complete line of tools. The employees are cheerful and helpful - especially the cashiers. I enjoy shopping at this store!

well the lay out of the store is not exciting. i like your paint department because you stock Ralph Lauren metallic wall paints. You are the only store locally that does so. Today I was told that you will be discontinuing to stock these items. I'm very disappointed because I do not have the money to purchase the paint I needed as of yet, and by the time I save up the money you won't have it anymore. So I basically will only be purchasing your bulk packs of paint stirrers.

I cant say enough about this store. The employees are always friendly and really seem to enjoy their job. They have accommodated me several times when I need to return things and forgot my receipt. And they consistently give me my military discount and thank me for my service. This is my kind of store!!!

This store always has friendly and helpful people at the Pro Desk. Some other stores have been rude to us, but here in Rio Rancho they really care about our business and personally know the crew. Highly recommend this store.
