I purchased appliances, flooring and assorted home improvement items. Always received courteous attention and ease in completing my selections and arranging delivery as well as installation when needed.

I visited this Home Depot in search of several items, and the level of service far exceeded expectations. No fewer than three associates approached me proactively, offering assistance with genuine professionalism and courtesy. Each one ensured I found what I needed and even took the time to thank me for choosing their location. It was an exceptional customer service experience, one that reflects highly on the team working there. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made this visit stand out, and they deserve full credit for elevating the standard of service.

Staff very friendly and helpful throughout my Weber gas grill purchase! I also bought a cover, grill tools and a propane tank because I was so happy with the service!!!

Sean at the Rita Ranch store kept me in the loop about the delivery and billing issues. Theo and Rueben from Western States Flooring knocked out a three day job in under two. We are quite happy with our new Pergo floors.

It's too easy for them to tell us to drive another 10 miles to their sister store

I was looking for a small car vacuum. The young lady at the front door helped me secure a scooter. And then told me which eye I could look for. When I got there, a nice young man showed me what you had. They were more expensive than I wanted to pay and sent me to a different aisle. There was another employee who helped me find EXACTLY was I looking for. Then, at the Self Checkout and one more young lady helped with my purchase. I could not have asked for better service than what I received. Kudos to the Rita Ranch staff.

This store makes it feel like you're shopping in prison. A lot of products behind locked cages. Once you find an employee to retrieve locked up merchandise, they have to walk it up to the register. Makes you feel like the criminal. This does not fit the area at all.

Asking employees questions nobody knows the answers, had to tell Login to get me someone cause he was clueless. Employees not helpful

Came to look for a new front door for our home, and worked with Gregory Ferguson to help us find the right one. Greg was very knowledgeable about the types of doors available and helped us choose a door that was perfect for us. He explained the entire process from the measuring to the day of installation, as well as all the materials involved and why they were necessary. We were very satisfied with our choice, including the new hardware to go with it, and would highly recommend working with a Home Depot rep like Greg to help you make the right choice.

Purchased 3 24-inch large trees and a lady from customer service came outside and helped load onto a trailer in 109-degree temperature! Service way above expected.

Renting the rug doctors is a rip off. I rented a rug doctor for the 4 hours. The person who helped me did not explain how to use it properly so after trying to figure it out I called Home Depot twice with no answer, so I had to call tech support to trouble shoot it. After I was done I cleaned it to the best I could without rinsing it down as stated on the machine. When I brought it back 2 hours early they claimed I did not clean the brushes, when asked how was I supposed to do that without rinsing it, they replied, I have no clue. Then the person said I can take it with me to clean for a over night charge, I politely declined because the 4 hour rental with 38$ and they were already holding a 50$ charge in case of cleaning. So I told them thats fine just keep the 50$, then they told me that they will keep the 50$ and charge an extra 12$ for cleaning? I asked them to explain since I was under the impression that’s what the remaining 12$ from the 38$ to 50$ was. Anywho 10/10 will never rent a rug doctor from them again and for that money I will just buy one to keep

Found exactly what I need and greatly appreciated the help from a store associate.

I had made my selections and was headed to pro checkout, when I remembered that I had seen hot/cold mugs at another Home Depot that I had visited a few days prior.Your employees directed me to the correct isle, but you only had three mugs available, and two of them were missing parts. I wanted two but had to settle for one, bummer.

I was buying wood and screws for a project for my grandson. Everyone was helpful from customer service desk to the wood, cutting man to the people stocking the shelves to the cashier. Everyone was wonderful.

When trying to use the Home Depot app the internet with in the store does not work. So it makes using the app impossible to use.

The store is very well equipped, the people are friendly and helpful. The store makes me fee like shopping at the corner store..very homey.

I absolutely love the layout of the store and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have shopped many stores from Sierra Vista to Phoenix and the Rita Ranch is my favorite location.
