Went in for carpet treds, there was not enough in stock. So an employee asked if he could help, he went and got the ladder and found more treds on the top shelves for my project. He was so helpful & caring

Been going to this Home Depot for years now. Selection is always great and always able to find help in the store if needed.

It starts with customer service for me and Home Depot hires friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are familiar with the products and are willing to help in any way. Their work spaces are clean and organized much like the entire store. It makes buying here a simple choice.

A week ago, I was shopping for building products. I could not get to the area in building materials because of forklifts parked, and clutter in every aisle. There was nobody available to help, including at the pro desk. Not a single person asked if I needed help. According to the website and app, there was plenty of stock on hand of the item I needed, but only 2 on the shelf and they were not in very good shape. I reluctantly returned to the store on this trip and found the exact same thing. The item was still not replenished on the shelf, nobody around to help, and not a single employee greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. This is by far the worst Home Depot store I have ever been in. My only reason for shopping at this one is that it was supposed to have the item I needed, when my regular store in Allison Park, does not carry it. The Allison Park store is the complete opposite of this one when it comes to cleanliness, clutter, and most importantly, employees.

Minimized their error, told me to contact the delivery place. They gave the item to a driver in the a.m., someone came to do the job in the p.m., and it wasn't there for them to do it. But they say they check the order number before handing it out. Not possible. Then they tried to say there's no record it was handed out. Except you already told me you did. Then told corporate on the phone that "the driver stole it". You don't even know who you gave it to. We pay for this in higher prices. Nobody made me feel better, they made me feel worse about the store. Shameful. No wonder your company loses so much money. Just let the company eat it. There's no way a delivery is available for a driver if you did what you were supposed to. Totally minimized everything. Ridiculous. I was home, nobody "missed you" for delivery. You just didn't do your job right, and you definitely didn't make the customer happy with your indifference!

I bought washer and dryer.. these 2 guys from home depo absolutely amazing.. very nice and got the job done… thank you

I knew the vacuum that I was interested in purchasing. I was pleasantly greeted at the door by Terri 1. He assisted me in locating the item, provided me with related info and offered to help me with any other questions.

Danielle was extremely helpful in finding me what I was looking for. It happens what I was looking for had run out. She took the time to scroll through all of the current specials on the product I was looking to buy and as a result I got a better deal that I originally expected. She is very capable and knowledgeable, and it is evident that she is proud to be on the Home Depot team and Home Depot should be glad to have her. Zach was a big help too.

they are 100% on making sure that at least one item is damaged and one item is missing from every order I've placed over the years....Just not worth the headaches anymore, will find someplace else

Special ordered three 4 foot sections of gutter guards to replace pieces lost in the recent storm. Got home and opened the box and one of them is only 3 feet long. Now I have to order another one or I will have a foot of the gutter uncovered.

I am a frequent shopper at the Ross Park Home Depot, and everyone, managers, cashiers, department workers, is helpful, friendly, and courteous. Highest marks to the entire crew!

My husband and I bought a lawnmower. We love it.

I’ve purchased many products for our home at either Ross Park or Allison Park. Home. Depot has been my go-to-store. I’ve always had good service. Not happy about my present dishwasher purchase. But that dissatisfaction has nothing to do with the store. But everything to do with the company promotion plans. I’ll look around at other stores next time.

I entered the store the employee offered to show me where I could find the batteries that I need. I forgot my glasses in my car and she offered to be my eyes for this. I do not remember her name I wish I did . She was fantastic.

The employees at the service desk have NO IDEA how most store functions work! They're not aware of will call, I was told they don't have a will call...but in fact they do...I was told that the waser I just bought and paid for wasn't in the store....but it was...and it was in will call...employees need more training in order to help the customers!!

I've been coming to this store for 20 years and its my favorite place to shop. Most employees know me by name and typically greet me with a smile!!

Wire is now locked in cages. Waited 20 minutes for associate to unlock cage. Very inefficient and waste of my time

Gentleman in flooring helped me in paints to get a trap off the overhead and also helped me in flooring with rugs the cashier helped with my cart name was hutch

I was in need of some plumbing items and John was extremely helpful even though he works in another area of the store.

Terrible checking out experience. All lanes were self checkout and frozen. Add to that I was only trying to buy some miscellaneous loose hardware with no guidance on how to bill it out. I took photos of the bar codes thinking that would be helpful but it was not. Terrible for the employees who are only trying help but are limited by terrible software and policy. What a nightmare.

Gentleman putting out pumpkins in front of the store came over and put in 5 bags of mulch in the back of my Trax. That was a great help. Thanks for the friendly and helpful employees.
