I am so satisfied with this store and the only way I can put my finger on it the employee generally care they care about the customer the store is alwa organized

I bought flooring and can't wait to get it installed, the people at store were very helpful and informative

My husband and I needed help in repairing some parts of our porch. We didn’t know where to begin or what lumber to buy. We ran into John who works in plumbing and he asked us some questions about our project. He seemed to be able to point us in the right direction, even though we didn’t have any measurements yet. We’ll definitely return once we get the repairs better defined!

Joshua was the employee that helped me. He was very kind and knowledgeable and patient and explaining the products I bought. Actually the entire staff that I came across was extremely professional and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I’m a working man. Therefore time is valuable to me,especially on weekends. When I go to get materials or products, I want to get in and out as efficient ally as possible. That’s why I go to my local Home Depot. They have always what I needed for my projects.

I had a wonderful experience at this location today. A gentleman by the name of Eryn was super helpful and made my shopping experience a breeze. Not only did he jump into a department that he wasn’t overseeing, but he found a product information, gave me the information I needed, found a flatbed and loaded my product and even helped me get it in my vehicle. Outstanding customer service Aaron! These are the reasons I keep coming back to Home Depot. Thank you so much for your help today.

Most of the Customer service personnel are not friendly or as knowledgeable as one should expect after shopping there for decades. Very Disappointed in this store and Home Depot Corporation. They are growing ever increasingly more and more arrogant. And don't forget that they will sell anything to turn a buck - Buyer be wise!

Mr. Jim Kelly an employee listened to my call for help when the contractors left my home without connecting my new dryer, he then came to my home on a Sunday morning and connected the dryer for me. This customer service is unheard of nowadays.

Not only did Danielle offer me assistance, she made an alternative solution located another employee to fetch it and help me to my car. Save me time money and they really cared! Home Depot is winning with Danielle and Aaron. Lowe’s employees wanted me to leave and be gone from any effort on their end.

Despite waiting and asking for assistance twice, no one ever showed up at the paint desk. Left after 20 minutes. This was at 10:30 in the morning on a week day.

Store associate are always welcoming ask if there is anything they could offer assistance locating store is well stocked and easy to shop in

I made a purchase at the Ross Twp. Home Depot and was greeted warmly by ALIVIA the cashier. She exemplifies the excellent staff at this Home Depot.

Worst experience I ever had at Ross Park Mall Home Depot. This store is so good at passing the buck or being out to lunch. No one wants to answer the phones. No one reviews orders to make sure routing numbers are issued so you can schedule a delivery properly. Will never buy an appliance from them again. No accountability from managers down the line. The lack of follow up by Asst. Manager Steve with his customers and his own employees was unbelievable . He caused a bad situation to become worse. Had the nerve to tell me to be nice to his employees that ended up delivering the appliance. I let him know he was the only one I was upset with. He dropped the ball and then he sends out another manager to my house to help with installing it. Sounds like a reoccurring problem. Make sure your guys in the future show up with a level. I had to give these poor guys one to properly hook up my machine. If I wouldn't have handed it to them they would never have done it. WOW!!!! TRAINING ISSUES TOO!!!!

One of my 2 local stores. Both are very good. No complaints overall. A few years ago I bought a new refrigerator from this Home Depot and had major issues getting it delivered. Not really Home Depots fault, it was the delivery companies. The person I worked with at Home Depot did her best to make things right. I do think they need to work with other delivery companies to have options but that has happened with other businesses as well.

Appreciate great customer service this store provides and quality of their lumber.

Had damaged cabinets and filled out surveys requesting call back. No one ever calls. Walked into the store to be ignored. Store manager lets the assistants pick and chose what issues they want to call back or take. If I don’t get a call from the store manager today fixing this I will call corporate every day. It’s sad the lack of care and lack of engagement by employees at this location. Definitely starts from the top down

love that there is always someone to help you and tell you where to find things, the young there to greet you at the door always makes me feel like a valued customer. They always have enough products.

I live in the South Hills.I drive to this Home Depot because of the service and friendliness.

The store had everything that I needed and I was in and out quickly. Unfortunately one of the items I purchased was left out of the bag at checkout by the clerk and I am from out of town and out of state so I can't go back to correct! Very disappointed with the loss of the dollars spent and no tools to show for it.
