THE LIGHTING DEPT WAS DISORGANIZED AND NO HELP WAS AVAILABLE. A PASSING THROUGH ASSOCIATE SAID THAT HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE BUT NO BODY CAME.

Same people work here which is a good sign I spend as much time here as at the grocery store Had a great experience tool repair guys, did excellent job with describing problem before sending out Your repair company could not fix my tool, 3 strikes your out Store manager gave me a new one I believe my tool could have been repaired

I have shopped at Home Depot for quite a few years. I have always found the sales associates to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I like that I usually do not have to find a sales person. They usually come up and ask if there is anything they can help me with or show to me. Great team of sales associates.

The online map does not match the actual layout. Associates knew where the item I wanted was supposed to be and walked me to the correct isle. However, the item that I had found online and was supposed to be available at the store was not. I had to substitute other items to make up for it.

I went to replace light bulb for the my overhead lighting, when discussing various options with the sales associate i decided to switch to LED.

Excellent choices and variety to address specific needs. The sales consultant is very knowledgeable of , not only the product, but the home depot computer system so we had a seamless progression in our order and selection process for our project. Our initial visit was NOT positive since no one was scheduled in the department to answer any questions we had on a Friday night. Whomever does the scheduling for these projects needs to have proper staff. we came back the following day and our consultant (Aimee) was wonderful. She was the only one on hand and had to turn away 3 other customers by the way. If they are going to be so thin on staffing, then they really need to make it easier to inform the customer(s) about the process and scheduling an appointment if necessary. Even that seems to be a process that is difficult at store level.

Every time I go to this Home Depot I have a great experience you meet great people there but what makes it even greater if the people who work there they make you smile I hope you found what you need and give the advice to make the job go a lot easier

Service Desk directed me in the direction I needed to find my item them 3 employees offered to help an older gentleman gave me more options to choose from besides the item I was going to get and told me what was safer around pets & children

not complaining, but the cashier could use a little more training on how sale items work. I think he has it now after going through it with me. Part of the problem was my fault, for a grab one of the same items that the price was not reduced!

I visited the Home Depot on Ross Park Mall Drive and as usual I could not find a sales rep. in the lumber department to find the specific item that I was looking for. However, they have just about everything that I need, its location is convenient, and pricing is competitive. I would buy more of what I need, but I often give up looking for it. Thanks for being there for the products that I do find.

We went to the garden dept first for Christmas tree. The association was helpful friendly he trimmed the trunk and wrapped the tree and then put in car for us. Very pleasant young man . Then we looked for light builds and home cleaners the associated we asked to us to the correct area, the cashier was pleasant and helpful. A very pleasing and pleasant experience.

Not only can I always find the maintenance and cleaning supplies we need to keep our operation running smoothly, but I also find great items that can be stocking stuffers and small gifts for my crew who work so hard every day.
