This store is about 5 minutes from my house. I exercise every day before I start any projects. Most of these projects require a stop at this home depot.

As a woman on my own, I feel confidant that I will get the proper information and help in installation, if needed. The company stands behind their products and always makes sure that I am satisfied. Home Depot has been my go-to center for twenty years and counting. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I had an issue with my Ryobi pole chain saw. Bob Merrill in the electrical department went way out of his way to help fix the chain saw. This was really appreciated by me. He did not have to put this kind of effort forth but he did. The follow up was excellent. Thank you, Bob.

This HD has a diverse group of employees including older employees and employees with disabilities. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and it has The welcoming atmosphere of a neighborhood store.

I don't usually frequent this particular Home Depot, but I was extremely pleased with my experience. I noticed a high number of associates readily available. Then during my checkout I was greeted by Michelle, who informed me she was deaf. Even though she has a disability it didn't lessen the glow of her smile and enthusiasm of her job. Luckily I had a pen and notepad readily available and tried to make her job a little easier. I appreciate home depot giving someone like Michelle, who made my experience much better, a chance to not let disability define her work ability. Great experience!

We bought a Christmas tree and the employee who helped was just amazing! Super helpful, and very friendly.

I purchased a particular showerhead at the Gainesville, GA store and needed to purchase another a week later. While in Alpharetta, I tried to purchase the same one but the Alpharetta store did not carry the item. I then checked the Gainesville store but it was out of stock. I then checked for availability at other stores and using the Home Depot app on my phone. The Roswell store had it in stock. Since I was only about 15 minutes away I made the short trek there. We needed this to replace the low flow head that was installed in the remaining shower in our new house. Tomorrow I will actually have some water pressure during my shower. I found the store very neat, well organized and items easy to locate for purchase.

Like most males (and a lot of ladies) I love this place!! It is far too easy to spend too much time (and money) here. I usually go in for one thing and come out with three. The store is exceptionally clean, the marketing efforts, sale items and specials are not obtrusive. The store is easily maneuverable. The staff are some of the friendliest folks you will ever find in a place of business. They have always listened to my needs and spent whatever time necessary to insure my satisfaction.

From the moment you are greeted to the helpful check-out personnel this store is a real pleasure to visit. Keep up the good work!! Michelle in outside gardening is a Joy!

I was happy with the services both from the Associates at the Doors & Windows section and the Cashier.

I had to replace my hot water heater and knew little about it. I researched on-line, including the products available, but I still had questions. An associate helped me make the right purchase by answering my questions, and offering a little further helpful advice as well. I needed to increase my credit limit in order to put this on my Home Depot card, and a lady in Customer Service handled that for me. I needed to rent a truck and a hand truck to take it home, and again it was a pleasant experience, with the rental person going the second mile. I started out very nervous about making this purchase, but ended up at peace and feeling that it turned out well. Thanks to a team of problem solvers!

Sometimes you have to look for an associate, other times, usually when you don't need help, the associates are everywhere asking if they can help.

MY EXERINCE WAS GREAT, I HAD ASSISTANCE TO FIND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. THE STORE WAS TOTALLY CLEAN. THIS IS ONE ON MY FAVORITE STORES TO VISIT.
