This Home Depot always has employees that are friendly and willing to help you. I would recommend this store if you are knowledgeable or not. They have almost everything and at very good prices.

The most helpful lawn and garden staff work at this store. ALWAYS offer assistance for loading push carts and vehicles. Don't have to ask because they are alert to your needs!

I purchased my order online and was able to pick it up after a couple hours. When I got there the customer service lady reviewed my order and realized I had an extra product. She removed the product and double checked that I wasn't improperly charged for it. Took just a couple minutes.

The store is excellent. The questions about the cashier, and check out, should have a NA added, as I used the self service checksout.

This store in Roswell (Holcomb Woods Parkway) is exceptional. Neat, organized, well stocked with tons of variety, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. I have had interactions with the store manager Russell, and I'm sure that his attitude, knowledge, and professionalism is absorbed by the employees at this location. I love this store.

Although this store is very convenient to our home, my husband and I prefer it over others we have visited. The store is always clean and well stocked, the displays are attractive, and most of all, the employees are courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

1) Every time we go to this Home Depot, the staff who help us are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Although...we have found the same to be true at the nearby Lowe's -- so these two companies are still in close competition for our business! 2) We frequently buy gardening supplies and tools at this store, but Pike Nursery - which is not a much further drive - has a bigger variety and better quality plants and flowers - and the plants at Pike's seem to be taken better care of - so, at Pike Nursery we buy what we are going to plant.

I drive a longer distance to go this the Home Depot location on Holcomb Bridge Road, because they have the nicest employees, that are always helpful & knowledgeable about the items I need. We also used this location to install carpet in various rooms of our house & Travertine tile in the master & guest bathrooms. They did an awesome job & the in-store associates made it a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this Home Depot Location. It reminds me of "old school" hardware stores that actually care about the customers.

This store was a 5 star experience across the board. It was the cleanest store I've ever been to and the associates are very enthusiastic and excited to help your every need. Awesome job y'all, I will definitely be back!!!

I was very pleased with the help TAHALIA gave me. I felt she went above and beyond the call of duty. She got my freezer shelf ordered after Maytag said I could not return it. Then she helped me find the samples of the counter tops I need. I have never written a review before but she deserves one.

It was so very nice to find associates to answer my questions and provide guidance on the products I needed. All the associates including cashiers were friendly and smiling. Very nice to receive good customer service with a smile!

Store is very clean and everyone in the store that works there is so so helpful. Everything you are looking for is there. It is so nice to go to one place and buy what it is you want. The signs in the store are big and they say what is down the row. So don't have to go looking all over the store and customer service is excellent and the workers. So nice to see Happy Smiles..... This store is next to my home, and is the best Home Depot around!! I am the bathroom/ kitchen remodeler , and I visit Home Depot every day. The store is well organized, and the people working there know their products and are always ready to help! p.s Mrs. Glenda at the contractor's checkout is the BEST!

I shop in a lot of HD around Roswell, Apharetta, Marietta, but this one is the best! great service!

The store was somewhat in disarray due to employees stocking shelves and leaving carts in aisles.

We purchased multiple items at this store over this past weekend. Many small items and 2 large items (washer/dryer). We received assistance in the paint area, the appliance area and the screw.nail aisle. The best part was they all knew their products and was able to lead us based on our needs. Very positive visit!

Im first time homeowner and a single mom so it's important for me feel safe asking for help or getting help with a new project. I have to say that this store has the friendliest employees and i always feel confident going in and out. Thank you for not being intimidating !

Just bought a ceiling fan. There were 3 boxed in stock. 2 damaged boxes and one without remote. It was marked on the box that there is a missing remote but I haven't noticed that. Fan was sold for full price like a new one. Once I arrived home I saw the mark about missing remote and drove immediately to another home depot which had many units and replaced it.

This store is close and the staff is out of this world. Every time I have a large project this is the go to place, but I find myself in this store at least two time a week. Selection is good, but they can get anything you might need in two days.

Please note that this was not the visit that the following applies to. The following applies to a later visit. I needed to ask 2 questions regarding my purchases. The check out person was deaf. While I admire Home Depot for hiring a deaf person to work in their store I was unable to get my questions answered. I attempted to ask the nearest cashier to get the questions answered but she informed me that she only handled business transactions. I went to Lowe's for my purchases.

On this shopping trip I needed to get in and get out quick but still find what I needed. A store associate pointed me in the right direction and I was able to find what I needed and get checked out fast. I will definitely be back for all my home improvement needs.

Edwin did an amazing job in the paint department. Will continue to return to this store due to the caliber of this particular employee.
