JAMAICA WENT ABOVE AND BEYONG IN MY OPINION. HE WAS RESPECTFUL, PATIENT AND HELPFUL THROUGHOUT MY ENTIRE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. MOST VISITS TO THE HOME DEPOT STORE SOME EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN SEEM LIKE THEY WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH BUT JAMAICA WAS REALLY PATIENT AND HELPFUL ALSO POINTED OUT SOME REALLY GREAT DEALS TO ME.

Excellent service was even Talked into getting a credit card. So we can get the twelve Months no interest on my purchase. Also to point out. I only came in for a small blower for my father. In law showed me a better deal where I got a wheat walker and a blower for almost the same price as what I would get the blower for. The level of service that I got from Jamaica. Is the only reason i'm giving you guys five star ratings.

I visited the store to get some garden supplies and also some cleaning supplies and associate by the name of (Jamaica) I would like to say it was amazing. He assisted in every single step of the way. From shopping for everything to talk to me about the benefits of getting the Home Depot card. I really do appreciate all the service I have gotten from Vista today and I must say I have been here before but I’ve never had this level of support from an associate, I was also back in 2023 and I couldn’t get someone to assist me. So the fact that Jamaica was so attentive and helpful was awesome.

This is my first time ever writing a review ever and I must say i was eager to get home, sit in bed and give you guys a 5 star review. Jamaican was excellent, happy, helpful and the list goes on. I hope his pay reflects his service because it was over the top. I was smiling all the way home. He made me happy. He listen, understood and knew the questions to ask so I could get exactly what I wanted. I tried tipping him and he said a store review would be more appreciated. This is my new favorite store.

Been visiting this store for a long time and I must say that Jamaica is a treasure👏. I might have spent an hour in the store and it's all because of Jamaica and his service. He talked me into getting another credit card got me approved for $8,000 and then walked me to every aisle, all different department to get everything that I wanted and loaded my items into my car when I was finished. love him! Thank you JAMAICA!

Employees very friendly walked me over to dept I was looking for an item

this store is the best store in the area , best stock of items , clean and helpful employees

All the stock was new and the cardboard packaging and straps were there. A team member brought a water dispenser down from an overhead shelf using a large ladder. At checkout the Pro Desk lady, herself a veteran, helped reactivate my military discount priviledge

I went in looking for a Halloween decoration that wouldn’t let me order online and the store showed that they had 6. Lorie spent so much time that day looking for it for me but couldn’t find it. She took my name and number down and let me know she would have someone call me once it was found. Two days passed and no one had found it yet and I was starting to think I wasn’t going to be able to get it bc I also called 5 other store and either they didn’t have it or couldn’t find it. As I was on the phone though she called but it didn’t connect bc my phone was acting up but she remembered that I worked at a store down the street and called there to have someone let me know they found it. She went above and beyond to make sure it got it!

Everything was great at first until it wasn’t. The gentleman in plumbing was very nice and helpful. He retrieved the water heater for me since it was on the top shelf then placed it up front cuz I was browsing waiting for the merchandise and he said it would be about 8 mins. He told me the lady up front was waiting for me to check out. So when I went up front she was helping an store associate with a return after waiting for 5 mins I asked if I could move the heater to the regular check out since they were busy and the associate said no they had to move it and to wait. So while still waiting for a few more minutes watching people come up check out at the regular register and leave another gentlemen came up and said he’d help the next available which he assumed was the person behind me since I was near the heater and the other two ladies where working through what ever they were doing. I told him I was still waiting to check out and he asked for my pro card I said I didn’t have one and was trying to check out since I couldn’t move the heater myself according to the female store associate that was being helped by the cashiers I said I didn’t have one only a military discount and he said he could t help me that I needed to go through the regular check out line. So besides being rude the female wasted my time as well. Hope this isn’t going to happen at this store again. Otherwise I will speak to the manager and ask to file a report for eating my time I’ll waste the rude associates time

Came into the store for cooler maintenance and was able to pick-up everything in this trip to the store. No need to go from store to store looking for the items I needed to get my evaporative cooler up and running before the summer heat sets in.

Upon entering the San Bernardino Hospitality Lane store, I received help that demonstrated that I was valued. A couple of employees were so helpful to find an electric cart to help me to be able to shop independently as other customers do. I just HAD to let the manager know. GREAT JOB Home Depot for acknowledging and putting the customer first! Thank you.

Recently went to Home Depot to purchase some items. There were many more employees to give assistance than in the past. They also provided helpful advice or ideas. Great job .!

I easily found the items I needed, and was helped by a worker on the floor, when I couldn’t find an item. I was immediately assisted and had a smooth experience.

A piece of lumber was marked down 80%. I had 2 cuts made so I could fit it into my car. The cashier (Sarah) rudely insisted that ONLY the damaged tip qualified for the 80% discount because that's where the purple remainder mark was! When I told Sarah it was THE SAME PIECE OF WOOD, she suggested that I leave checkout, find Jose all the way back in Lumber and ask him to mark everything down. I was at the opposite end in the Garden Dept. I refused the wood and only purchased a sprinkler, instead. I won't return to this location.

I went for some abs fittings and pipe that I needed and Ayla was very helpful during my visit there!

I've never had a bad experience at this store. The workers greet you right away and work hard to help you get the best out of your experience. I highly recommend this Home Depot to all my friends. I lost my purse, only to realize after returning home. I called the store and they already found it. Jess the friendly worker located it and followed procedure securing it until I returned to the store. Their installation manager Cheryl is so easy to work with and friendly! I am truly grateful friendly workers like this exist!

I always have such positive interactions with the people here. Thaddeus, Mykala, and Melissa make this place the best!

Only 1 or 2 of the employees truly genuinely seemed concerned about my shopping experience.

Store associates were pleasant and interested to help. However, in calling to speak with someone I experienced very poor customer service , being hung up on twice (after asking for an associate's name) and several calls with no answer (within the normal store hours.)

I have never been to a Home Depot with such knoweldgable, helpful, and firendly associates!
