I'm so happy to see after getting it done how beautiful it looks like

Batteries did not work

The sales associate knew what I wanted looked it up, made the delivery arrangements, I paid and we were done. In and out no delays

On my visit to Home Depot in San Bernardino on Hospitality Lane I was lucky enough to get great info on home water heaters by Steve Daniel's at self service customer check out. He was kind enough to explain the process and saved me the cost of buying a new water heater! Thank you Steve for great customer service!!

Always has what I need!

I needed help to order a blower and FREE battery deal that was only available if purchased on line, the service person was so helpful getting me that deal by doing the on line purchase for me. She was so nice and patient, made my trip to the SB store more pleasant and successful. Thank you

Wife and I were on a quest to find some small parts for some home repairs in our new home. The employee we asked for help in finding them happily took us not only to the right isle, but the right shelf for both parts. He, like all our interactions with Home Depot staff, was a successful search and actually a fun time.

I had the assistant named Claudia. She helped me get together what I needed to get the order in on will call and the items I was going to purchase and take home at that time. Only one transaction!!

I needed help on loading an order had to wait 10 min and complain after 3 calls

I’ve been here on separate occasions and this store inventory is awful. They never have what the system says they have and if they do, they just tell you that they don’t have it because they need to look for it. The returns line is awful as well, one cashier for lots of people, it’s like they just don’t care. If they just touched on the simplest things there numbers would definitely show it. I’ve seen worse stores, however this one has the potential for growth.

I shop at home Depot quite often. Unfortunately Home Depot is not known for hiring people with actual knowledge of how to use or how to recommend necessary items to complete projects. Please hire or train employees with more knowledge of the items they are putting on the shelves

I went to pick up concrete and two workers were very helpful , Thadius and geraldo home depot needs more workers like those guys they loaded my concrete up and i was on my way good workers and safety awareness i wanted to tip them but they declined so im leaving this for them , thanks again guys

Store 610 South San Bernardino: Steve is so pleasant, I noticed he got employee of the month.. (I’m not surprised)! He’s just a regular down to earth man, we need more of that now days. Also Rita.. she’s so nice.. they’re both old farts so maybe it’s experience of life and how people like to be treated, and they’ve discovered that. It will be a sad day when they are no longer at HD.. Just like when Ted retired there. Thank for listening.

Most of my shopping is done online so as a result, most of my interaction is with those in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I even bring some of my purchases through CUSTOMER SERVICE when they don’t have a long line. The friendliness of all the staff from Steve, Denise, Carol, Linda, Isabel, Phillipe, and everyone else makes it a pleasure and not just a chore. I also really appreciate those that work behind the scenes with pulling orders so quickly. Sometimes I place an order and it’s ready for pick up literally within 20 to 30 minutes. Although I don’t expect it, it is nice when it happens, especially if I happen to be in the area and could use the items I purchased right away.

Alicia answered the phone.. she was enthusiastic and said she could rekey my locks. She and Chris were knowledgable and were able to reject my locks that I had bought from Home Depot..I had called two other Home Depots. One put me on hold three times and I never got to speak to someone. The other store told me that they did not rekey and none of the Home Depots did! Very frustrating! What a pleasure to speak with Alicia, who was so positive! When I went into the store, Alicia and Chris were so helpful and took care of my issue! Kudos to the S San Bernardino store for hiring top rate employers! Thank you!

Bought 32x16 in tiles however tiles are actually 31x15 1/2 inch half inch ok but a whole inch really!

Im unhappy do to the delivery charge when I went in to the store to purchase the item. It’s not my fault they didn’t have it in stock. Also delivery person giving me an estimated time to drop off and showing up an hour later. I didn’t like that they said I will be there in 10 minutes showed up 30 minutes later after calling them back to see how much longer they would be

The screen I ordered on line was shipped to the store near me and I was informed up to the minute I picked it up. Great service

Clean, well stocked properly managed store

Moderately busy weekday afternoon. Easy parking for me. Friendly staff helped me find sprinkler parts that I needed. Quick check out. This store is in a busy part of town, lots of traffic in the area otherwise 5 stars

Where did all the employees go? The ones who cared about their job and customers. I just needed a sprinkler head. I use to love coming to the Home Depot. Now, if I can find an employee, I feel like they are doing me a huge favor to tell me, “I know the app says we have 20 of those, but they are on a pallet somewhere… I don’t know where”. Now I’m walking through the store looking for the pallet and asking myself, “Why am I doing this?”.
