The store was clean, employees greeted shoppers as they entered. I was impressed with the knowledge Kris had about the project I had to do and his helpfulness was outstanding! I was very impressed! The cashier was friendly also.

One of the best stores in Inland Empire. I recommend to all customers live near by to visit the store in San Bernardino. You will experience the difference. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Very Good collections of plants and trees. They responds phone calls promptly. I used to go to the store in Redlands for last 5 years and was not so happy. They also do not respond to phone calls. I am inpressed by visiting the store in San Bernardino very recently, only 3 visits and I am pleased everytime I went there.

I go to the Home Depot like women used to go to the Mall or "shop till you drop." I love to look at all the items they have for the home: appliances, cabinets, floor coverings, and light fixtures. I let my imagination go wild with all the things I would like to do to my home. But of course the process is slow and steady to stay within my budget. It is an inspiration to learn to do things yourself and to achieve things that might not otherwise be possible. I have learned alot over the 40 plus years that I have owned my own home, some with friends and relatives and some on my own. Home Depot has always been my 'go to' home improvement store.

When returning dead plants... it is not necessary for the cashier to complain about the Home Depot return policy on plants and ask when they are going to change it. It is not okay for the employee to complain to another employee and assume my plants are dead because I didnt water them. I returned 11 plants that died....I would say out of about 150 I purchased returning 11 isn't that bad. Take my dead plants and return me my money so I can buy more...and just make comments after I leave like a normal human.

I asked for help the employee that help me was answering all my questions and very helpful. I wish I had his name.

I want to thank Daisy for the help. Daisy went out of her way to get the answer that she needed to be able to help me out. I was looking for a Portable AC and there was one left in stock. Daisy was very helpful and she didn't have to do what she did meaning go out of her way just for a answer. So again thank you Daisy!!!!!! Great JOB!!!! Keep up the Hard work!!!

parking lot is very small, beware for larger vehicles. In-store experience wasn't bad, there still room for covid improvements. Employees are helpful with your needs. Always double check the app for in-store quantities before driving helping you save time.

workers are quik to judge and make u feel u welcome andlike they are following u around like they are watching u likea shoplifter

excellent customer service helpful and professional staff.

I purchased a gas wall heater, and a lot of lumber. The lumber was heavy and long. I asked for some assistance from the friendly cashier. Anthony, and Alex came out to help me. They loaded everything onto my truck. These men were courteous, and professional. They save me from having to load everything myself. I know I can always count on Home Depot to provide the best products, and service.

On a recent trip to Home Deport there was some lack of customer service issues we received but after speaking with Assistant manager Bill who then assisted us with our needs he turned a bad experience into a positive experience. That type of employee is a great asset to you company!

The employees go out of their way to help and make the shopping experience great.

Today management was fantastic a fine example of customer service securing my relationship for future purchases.

My only criticism about this store is that many employees, including the person at checkout were not wearing face coverings.

I bought a refrigerator there and it was the best price that you can get all other places I checked had double the price so check here first they have lots of good deals on tools for Father's Day and so on

Very helpful. Especially the guy in hardware that was there yesterday who walked the store with me helping me get keys, plumbing and a metal screen door. Carrie was also extremely friendly and helpful today.

The store was very clean and the refrigerators have a good deal going on right now I saved a lot of money today I am very happy with my purchase so go over there to the store the refrigerators look better at the store than they do online
