I have never been to a Home Depot with such knoweldgable, helpful, and firendly associates!

2 Months ago I was doing a step stone project in my backyard, and each time I bought 90 step stones with two trips to pick up because I used my SUV. One day this Home Depot store did not enough stock, I had to go Redland Home Depot, but the Redland Home Depot did not allow two separate trips, and no helper to loading. This San Bernardino Home Depot is the best one I regularly come.

I usually enjoy trips to Home Depot on my days off for supplies to complete my DIY projects around the house and this trip was made especially awesome by the outstanding customer service provided by Ayla! As I waited in line for check-out I watched as she very patiently and pleasantly assisted customers with finding an open line and when she had cleared the line she happily took my items and got me checked out in a jiffy! SOmetimes a smile can make everything better and Ayla shared hers!

I wrote everything about an employee that went above and beyond on the survey named Kris. Very professional has a strong prideful work ethic. He reaches the limit when it comes to customer satisfaction I also mentioned I could definitely use an employer like that on my team. Thanks this employee I was successful on your HD Father's Day special sku#1005990049. Accepted they called to two locations around Riverside Moreno valley and poor customer satisfaction from them I do understand they were going through a pandemic that is starting to lift so I can see everything being edge or a little unorganized but the San Bernardino location is a very solid department location.

If you want to be overlooked and told to wait for over a half hour while dozen of other customers are assisted before you, you chose the right place. I found what I wanted but both boxes were already open and had parts taken from them by the employees. It took over a half hour to locate a brand new mower because they lost the batteries from the other boxes. The one cashier that was trying to help was super friendly and tried her best but whoever is in charge of security needs to rethink the big box items. Stick a security sticker on the box instead of the batteries, because now you have two mowers that don’t have them and a loss of money on your end.

Art from plumbing was fantastic! Knows his stuff and is very helpful. Kevin was also amazing in helping me get to the right person (Art) to help me with my plumbing needs, since I knew nothing.

This particular store was different then any other Home Depot’s their customer service was amazing I will be coming back

Cashiers were great . Getting customer out In a efficient manner. Sarah my cashier was very efficient and friendly. I forgot my bagged item and she was nice enough to run out the bag to me. Store was busy and yet she made sure I had my items.

Store stock needs to cleaned up a couple of times a week. Customers just throw items anywhere when the pull item foe shelf and then decode to no but item and items not found when employee goes to refill location. I have been to lumber, plumbing and electrical depts. and cannot find item I am looking for and have to ask for assitance.

The store is very clean and they always have great deals on plants and cleaning products.Also all the workers are very friendly and helpful.
