EVERY TIME I GO TO HOME DEPOT, I AM MET WITH EMPLOYEES WHO ARE COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE . THE PRODUCTS ARE PLENTIFUL AND NOT HIGH PRICED. I JUST REMODLED MY KITCHEN WITH COUNTERTOPS AND CABINETS WITH PRODUCTS FROM HOME DEPOT AND I AM VERY SATISFIED. I LOVE SHOPPING THERE, AS A MATTER OF FACT FOR CHRISTMAS I ASK FOR GIFT CARDS FROM HOME DEPOT. GREAT STORE, FANTASTIC MANAGER MATT AND GREAT GIRLS, COLLEEN, TAYLOR, THOMASINE AND PAIGE.

Every time I shop at Home Depot I can't get over how friendly and helpful the employees are.They make customer service a priority at this store. I have not had the same positive experiences at another local big box store where some of the employees can't be bothered to help you, grumble which aisle something is in, (and they are usually wrong or don't know) or hide rather than be of assistance. At this Home Depot the employees will take you right to the place you need to be to find something and they do it with a smile. That is what keeps me coming back

Kirby and Bob were a tremendous help loading our truck with tons of bricks. I wanted to give them a tip but they said it wasn’t necessary. You have two very good employees there. We also love your store supply and variety. Better than St Clair Lowe’s.

there were 2 bronco lawn mowers. Purchased , paid asked for delivery. was told 1 week. I asked and told the people i wanted the one without the huge dent in its hood.Was told no problem. 2 days b4 delivery i get a call and was told the only one they had has a big dent. I should deal with it. calling back to complain to supervisor. dont like to be lied and manipulated on damaged goods without bargaining. Especially after it was already paid for.

The St. Clair H. D. location has always been my own personal favorite, as I am involved with residential construction projects in three states. The vast majority of employees are always willing to provide assistance, and I must remark, Thomasine in particular, continually provides me with professional assistance in a number of areas, to accommodate my customer needs. I am hopeful that this "customer service" trend continues at this location, and I feel that it will, because of the presence of the competent management team that is continually visible on an every day basis.

I have to tell you that I love this Home Depot in St. Clair. Everytime I need help, someone is there. I do not have go hunt for someone to help me. Needed help in electrical, I had no clue what I was looking at. That person took the time to be sure I had what I needed and everything was checked off my list. This is my favorite place to shop

I live about 20 miles from this store and it's easy to get to. You usually have everything that I need The merchandise is of good quality.

I enjoy shopping at the homedepot, the products are good quality. The employee are great and help with issues if asked. Truthful the other home improvement store in the area are ignorant, disrespectful, and when I ask for help they roll her eyes. Not like the Home Depot very friendly and caring.

In the past 6 years of owning my home, I have never had as good of an experience shopping at a home improvement store, as I did shopping here. I am in the middle of a large bathroom remodel - which anyone can tell you is incredibly involved. I came in with my FIL and my husband in search of wainscoting. We immediately approached an employee who just so happened to also be the store manager Matt, as we would later find out. Matt was helpful and enthusiastic using his previous knowledge as a carpenter to provide us with detailed information on the products his store provides. My FIL is a journeyman carpenter of over 35 years and both he and Matt were able to map out our project needs based on the items this HD had in stock. The store was clean, the employees were attentive and kind, and overall the entire experience went above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy with the help that was provided. You can tell a lot of care and enthusiasm goes into running the St Clair Home Depot.

We were purchasing a new toilet and an employee by the name of Nick was very helpful and very very pleasant. My husband gets annoyed very easily when he cannot find someone to help when he is at a home improvement store and he said he wishes more people were like Nick when needing to shop for items. I had called the store previously to going to the store as I had questions about the toilet and Nick answered the questions and then said he would be glad to help us when we came to the store. I did not go along with my husband so I told him to ask for Nick which he did and then when he came home he was praising what a great guy Nick was. Again my husband is not a patient person so Nick certainly made a great impression on my husband and I know he will ask for him once again when we are in need of something at Home Depot even if Nick does not work in other departments I am sure he could advise us on what we may need. Keep up the good work Nick because you are an asset to Home Depot! Thanks for your help.

We had a Flooring project to be installed, your Employees Jamie & Raquel were Awesome.Went Very Smooth at St.Clair Store & We Appreciated everything these Lady’s did for us. God Bless Them.

Our experience was a very positive one. The employees could not have been more helpful and courteous. The overhead signs made it easy to navigate the store and find what we came for. Would recommend this location to others.

From management, to the customer service desk, to the people in each department, the foremost concern with all the employees at your Saint Clair Store is "Customer Service FIRST", governed by company policy which is usually up front and in writing, and not like OTHER STORES where Company Policy is THEIR foremost concern, whether written or just verbal after the fact, and their customer service is secondary, if at all. Best of all, if I need help at Home Depot, I ask a person in that department, and do not push a door bell.

While I mostly have a good experience at Home Depot there is one employee who is rude and condescending. Nancy, who is a cashier is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Check your receipt to ensure that she does not double charge you for items. Nancy is extremely closed minded and is unwilling to listen to customers concerns. Nancy will "bad mouth" you to other customers. Nancy will also remove her mask to ensure that her hateful words are heard loud and clear. Thankfully other staff is available to step in.

Great staff always have what I need

Today I went to the competitor to buy a freezer. I had one picked out. I talked to 2 employees who said they would get me help. I stood around waiting. I went to Home Depot, was immediately greeted by a very helpful employee named Taylor. They got the sale!

I had custom plantation shutters installed and love them. I just ordered more! Quick service. Good quality.
