The store was very clean and merchandise was very convenient to find. The cashier was very helpful and pleasant. The over all store is very upscale and easy to dhop.

Staff here in Sarasota ROCK! I've been shopping here for years and the staff have always been incredibly helpful, especially this new crew that have arrived. Don (fellow veteran), Olivia (Rockstar), Wendy, and Erwin at the Pro Desk really helped me out my last couple custom orders. Can't thamk them enough.

Like this store because 1) it's physically close 2) carries the brands of paint products I like and use most often, plus many other items also. 3) store employees are alway friendly and helpful when approached and 4) my opinion only, more of a contractor's supply emphasis than other home repair stores. Pricing is fair and and love the ship to home feature. Free if the purchase amounts meets the minimum. Had a ceiling fan sent that way and was a week faster than the ship to store feature which works well when an item isn't stocked in the store, but it does take a little longer to get, which is a real problem when you need it. Hoping that process can be cleaned and speeded up a bit.

The Store always seems to have what I need and everyone seems to be helpful. I like that many older staff work here as they have knowledge and experience that some of the other Home Depot stores (up in the northern climates that are filed with younger employees) don't seem to have. I know for a fact a few retired (but not really retired) people work here and they always seem to have that extra tidbit of knowledge that helps me get a project right. They are also not ashamed to admit when something is out of their category of knowledge.

The store was busy on a Saturday morning yet there were helpful people in each department.Marcia at the register was particularly friendly and helpful.

I find the store workers very helpful and enthusiastic to help. They give you their opinion and are pleasant most of the time.

Very courtious and kind and they took me right to the product I was inquring about instead of just pointing in a direction.

I recently moved from the Midwest to Sarasota. I needed to purchase a refrigerator and other things for my new home. I went to Home Depot where I had a good experience in finding the things I needed at a reasonable price, great discounts, and where I was met by KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly, and helpful employees who really cared about the customers. Actually, compared to other big discount stores, I found Home Depot to be preferable--top-notch quality all the way around.

This store is clean, items are easily displayed and prices are very reasonable. The store employees are very frlendly and courteous. I definitely will continue visiting this store for all my home needs and recommend the store to my family and friends.

We had excellent customer service in the plants dept. and good value on large plants, containers, etc.

It depends. Generally the people are really helpful and I believe this has improved over the years. Several years ago I had a really bad encounter with a woman in the electric supply dept. I reported her. She was incredibly mean. One year I witnessed an employee almost starting a fight with a black guy. It was so ugly. So I didn't go back for a while. But now it seems to be better. Also, I guess they were preparing for black friday but the pace was a mess.

There is always someone to greet customers as to what they are looking for as well as knowledgable staff in the department in which customer shopping.

Employees are always, friendly and helpful. The store is neat, and the items are found in the aisle and bay they are said to be.

Not knowing much about a project I was working on, the sales help was knowledgeable and supportive and more than went out of his way to find all the things required to complete the job. I was tickled pink at the customer service and friendly support.

It was so nice to find a female employee in the Tile Department that went "above & beyond" to help me find what I was looking for.
