THE ASSOCIATES IN THIS STORE WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN THE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN THE SARATOGA STORE

The store was full of willing and able employees to assist you. There were free samples for water testing and there were cookies , donuts and candy nice gesture...The cashier gave us a discount because our product was missing the correct sku # !! A very good overall experience will be back to purchase flooring in the near future.

Entering the Garden Center at Home Depot, the product I was looking for was clearly visible and accessible. Took me only 5 minutes to find the product and check out.

The store was very clean and organized, easy to find the products needed. Did not need assistance this visit to find what I needed to purchase this time. The check out was fast and the cashier was very pleasant and friendly.

The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable in this store.

Good store good inventory prices are the same as others stores in the area

Tristyna was the cashier/associate who helped us find what we needed. She went to the store app on her phone, typed in what we were looking for, gave us the aisle number and section number. She told us how easy it was to download the app and what it can do for us when we need a specific item. Tristyna was helpful, friendly and informative. Give her a raise and a promotion. She represents Home Depot the way it should be represented - great customer service.

The associated were available and ready to offer advice.

I was assisted by an associate and was very pleased with her help, although I have never really had a bad experience at Home Depot. This store has everything I need with very knowledgeable staff, who are not afraid to help you out. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and coworkers.

Andy Smith, Appliance Specialist greatly assisted us in finding the best appliances for our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When one of the appliance that we were interested in was not available on the sales floor, he was able to show us on the computer and explain the product.

The products I needed were in stock and readily found due to the help of the greeter and one other associate I questioned. The store was clean and neat with products stocked on shelves rather than on pallets in the aisles as happens in other building supply stores. Pleased with the quality and price of the materials purchased and the friendly and helpful nature of the employees.

I went to Home depot in search of some replacement electrical fixtures and was greeted at the entrance as well as in the electrical dept. The associates were very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. The cashier was also friendly and courteous. It's a pleasure to shop at the Saratoga Springs Home Depot!

My husband sent me in looking for a recipricating saw blade. I had no idea what I was looking for...A super-friendly sales associate named "Walt" asked me a few questions, and when I still didn't know he talked to my husband on the phone! The right product found in under a minute!

This store has an employee that is exactly what I want when I need help. Friendly, tentative, helpful, sincere, informative, and had actual concern for what we were doing and how he could be of assistance. If you go here and see Bob, he is what the store should hold all employees to, current and future. He will make sure you get what you need.

This is an important task in the world we live in today, as always I'm running around trying to get things done and a simple smile or a friendly gesture can make a crazy day seem a bit lighter and that you all did and you accomplished it well!!!!!

Walked in and the associates who were having a conversation immediately stopped, turned and acknowledged me with a smile. One asked if she could point me in the right direction which I do appreciate. I don't like when they ask if they can help me. I don't need help. I know exactly what I want and where I'm going but to ask if you can point me in the right direction is just so much friendlier and welcoming. Good job.
