i found what i was looking for in a crate. I had to open it myself someone was paged but no one showed up. was not to hard to do it myself.

We had a good visit to the Paint Department and left with things we needed but didn't have on our list. The associate asked a few questions and made suggestions which were appreciated. it's the small things that make a difference.

Cashier and all associates were fantastic. Would definitely recommend to friends family.

We had a very good experience at Home Depot today. The store associates were friendly and very helpful. Checkout was less than five minutes!!

Clean store, more choices with Vinyl tile we were looking for and they had the quantity that we needed to purchase. They were also a better price than our home town store better sale!

I'm going to be doing a lot of work on a fixer upper home for a friend of mine. We'll be buying tiles for the bathrooms, hardwood flooring for the family room, paint for the bedrooms, new locks and numerous other items. I found the selections for all these things to be very good. Plenty to choose from. The isles are well marked so it was easy to find things. I went after work on a weekday when it's normally not too busy, so I had no problem finding associates to talk to and get advice from.

I was in the store the afternoon before this visit and could not get help. It was busy and everyone seemed either busy or not from the department I was in. I returned the next morning, early and was pleased to have help in the 2 departments I was in. Both associates were friendly, knowledgable. And helpful.

I visited the Home Depot Store to do fix a problem at my home. I knew what I needed to do the project but had one question about the item I needed. The associate answered my question quickly and I was back on my way home to complete it. Thank you for the help!

Every employee I came across was friendly and eager to help, without being pushy. Impressive! I was traveling from out of state, but if ever in that neighborhood, I'll find a reason to go back. (My local store does not compare.)

We could not find what we needed in another location and had to travel to got to this location. It was worth the drive, Joe was able to help us and gave great advice.

I have been working with there kitchen staff who have been very helpfull.

Crushed box, didn't scan, 4 or 5 attempts the associate was there to manually enter the UPC for me. I didn't have to ask for help. I was still out the door in less time than my typical visit to the competition.

The people were very helpful. While I did have to wait a moment as the associate was helping another customer, he assisted me as soon as he could and seemed happy to help. He even loaded my cart and answered many questions I had about installing of flooring tiles.

Apparently listening to customers is not part of the training. Spent over 30 minutes while they scanned and re-scanned everything in my cart. This was about $200 of merchandise so the discount was over $20 bucks.
