Sales associate very helpful when I couldn't figure out what isle to look in...

The Hope Depot on Abbott Road in Anchorage, AK, has changed a lot in the past years ... and only to the good! We love the clean look and especially the friendliness of the associates. Even though we don't live in Anchorage THIS store is our favorite Home Depot and we shop there whenever we're in the area. Thank you for making our shopping experience so much fun.

When I walked in the store the cleanliness was a A+ the cashiers was very helpful directed me to what I was looking for then Chris approached us on the way out and ask us if we needed help ,talking to him let us know that there was going to be a change in our commercial account so he took us to the pro desk where we talk with GiGi George and Tim,they gave us all the information we needed for the change ,can you thank them for us,,love the popcorn

Bob was really helpful when I went in this last Sunday- I needed 3 items and dreaded roaming the isles with the limited time I had to shop. He noticed me looking at the isle markers and asked what I needed. Shovel, damp rid, and a toolbox. He led me to each isle and helped me figure out the best one for what I needed. He was just what I needed at the time.

I had the best help I have ever had at a hardware store. The associate(I am told I cannot mention him by name) stuck with me and took the time to find all the parts and pieces I needed to complete my project. This was after I was told there was nothing in the store that would be able to do this. So I wandered through looking and finally got my favorite associate from now on. From there on in, it was a piece of cake.

I first went to the other store on Tudor, and couldn't seem to get the help I was seeking. The associate actually started helping another customer as I was standing there. I had to seek out the same associate with my needs or concerns. The associate was not helpful or willing to help with options etc. So I left, and went over to this store. I was immediately asked if I needed assistance. The associate was very helpful with his opinions and options available to meet my needs.

Always my first choice and I'm happy that I live close by. I have never had any problems with any products purchased.

Can't recommend this store enough; I almost always find what I'm after, and have never had a negative experience here. It's clear that the staff take pride in what they do, and they're really friendly and helpful.

I didn't expect to be shopping on Black Friday let alone at Home Depot but although the crowds were big, Home Depot had plenty of staff on hand to assist customers and shopping and check out was quick and easy.

Customer service woman was extremely helpful and friendly. All associates I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Gift Wrap Station is the BEST THING EVER!!! Thank you so much. Seriously it makes me want to go back and buy more. We've taken advantage of it twice in the last week.

There are some amazing employees at this store. They will really go the extra mile to help. If you are unfortunate to run into one of the "attitude employees" just walk away. You will find someone that cares and has pride in their job!

I was trying to get a holiday sale item as a gift for one of our children in Anchorage after finding it on line from home in Oregon. An appliance department associate named Victoria took my call and was very helpful and patient. She was able to order what I needed and arrange delivery and installation quickly.

Associates were quick to offer help but not at all overwhelming! The store is looking fantastic for the holidays!

Started several home projects, Ike in counter tops, Paul in flooring were excellent. All other associates were great also. Paula in appliances was great. We spent a large amount of money on several projects, but all associates were very helpful. It has become my go to store.

People are human and make mistakes. When it happens and you need something changed or corrected with a purchase, they go above and beyond for the customer. Just be patient and polite as you should always be.
