Haley and Stef are these best associates you will ever encounter in your life.

The Sherwood Home Depot is always clean but most of all, the associates are pleasant and always helpful. If they don't know the answer to a question I have, they always find someone who does. I'm a happy lady when I need to go to Home Depot because I know I'll find the product, the answer, and will always be treated as if I'm their only customer.

Was there on 2/16/16...know only a little about picking floor tile and had a hard time finding someone to assist my daughter and I. Can't remember the associates name(being 85 is my excuse),but when she came to our assistance it was GREAT. she helped us differentiate between floor and wall tile and pointed out a better grout than we had picked. When we finally arrived at the beach with our products, my son (a general contractor) thought we had done a brilliant job!!!....Home Depot was the "brilliant" one

Kevin in the hardware department made our trip so much more cost effective! He had great knowledge of what we needed and was very patient with us and answered all of our questions! He will definitely be our go-to person when we need more DIY help.

Went in for backer rod. Customer service knew what it was and where it was. Quick trip in and out.

Good layout and product selection. Initial greeter is very helpful in you need initial assistance.

When I show my Veteran I.D. to the Associates working at check out for my discount, they always thank me for my service. They also have two spots up front in the parking lot reserved for Veterans.

During a recent visit to the Sherwood, Oregon Home Depot I had great help from the customer service counter as to location of the light bulbs I needed.

We were extremely impressed by Tim in lumber and Rich in hardware. They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks for your help- made the shopping experience very pleasant and easy. We will be back. Great job.

Great assistance by Assistant mgr. Bryan. He must have walked 1/2 the building to find the perfect bucket to fit my mini tool holder. tyvm

Clearance items where clearly marked and an information sheet attached.. Super values and fast service to load vehicle.. tyvm

Recently I've seen ads indicating that people who shop at "big box" hardware stores receive inferior support. That's certainly not the case with Sherwood Home Depot. They have excellent support in flooring/windows and kitchen appliances. If you can't find a sales associate or they are all busy, go up to customer service and they will support your needs.

I was replacing some rusted hardware on some gym equipment and had a large amount of different size bolt, washers, lock washers and nuts to purchase. My Home Depot had all the sizes needed and the bins were well stocked!

Although I was returning a number of small hardware items, the cashier was very patient and helpful. The ability to scan the receipt and the items being returned makes it easy and fast as well.

This store was so easy to shop in. Everything was neat and clean and easy to find. Our associate, Rich Rayniak, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions to make sure we purchased exactly what we were looking for. He was very friendly and treated us kindly. Will definitely shop here again and again. Thanks!!

Excellent staff, knowledgeable, personable and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Jerry and Max at the Sherwood Oregon store were great and told us about things we had no idea about when buying a frige for the garage

Great Helpful associates. Excellent help in Refrigerators by Max and Jerry and BBQ area with Robin.Check our person was great too.

Could not find some items I needed, they were not available or were unable to locate.

I recently bought a new home and I love the convenience of this store and having everything I need for my new place. I plan on remodeling my kitchen and love to get ideas from the store displays.

Went in to look at a Range my wife saw on-line. The Associate showed me the Ranges on the floor and then took the time to go on-line and find the one my wife mentioned. We compared similar Ranges which helped make sense of the choices. The Associate stayed with me throughout even though I came in only to look. When he asked if there was anything else he could help me with I said "yea I'll buy it." The Associate's help and knowledge made the sale. I never felt pressured even though the appliance area was busy with other customers which he was also able to assist while staying with me. Awesome job!

I am the Corporate Buyer for a local Manufacturing plant and Home Depot is where I go for anything that I need quickly. It is convienient and nice to shop at. In addition to work, I also purchased 2 acres in Hubbard and moved my elderly parents onto the property so we had and still have a ton of projects. If we get by a weekend without heading to Home Depot, something is wrong. I have told my husband and father that we could use the Home Depot receipts to start the bonfires for the summer. My father is a disabled Veteran of WWII and he not only gets the help he needs when he is there he also gets his military discount which just pleases him to no end. Both the Sherwood store and the Wilsonville store are our frequent stops. Associates are great and knowledgable. Couldn't ask for better selection and customer service. Keep up the great job.
