Your staff is outstanding. I have had a wonderful experience time and time again at the Shorewood Home Depot. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and the store is organized and stacked. I want to say that because I rehabbed houses and love gardening, it is the best store in the world for me! Thank you!

Bought Behr stain for my deck very easy to apply and beautiful on my deck. I was assisted by Dave when looking for all my supplies. Dave was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I had no idea that modern light bulbs had such a wide variety and why it is so important to find the right bulb. Either bring the burned out bulb, if available, or take photos with your cell phone and get photos of the written information on the existing bulb.

The store is very clean and yes! every one was helpful even before I decided to ask my questions.

l visit this Home Depot frequently since moving into a new house in the area. Store is staffed well so you get multiple offers of help. Employees are friendly, smiling, and make you feel welcome and want to return

Wish it was full sized Home Depot

We go to this location over another due to the better service provided and the larger selection of outdoor supplies, which has been our big project this year.

I have ordered several appliances through the Shorewood Home Depot over the years and their process is seamless. There's always a great deal too on items that are older models whem they are making room for the next generation.

The associates at Home Depot have been very helpful, helping me with whatever Questions, I have. I have been purchasing from Home depot for 30 years.

My wife and I were at the home depot a couple of times to order cabinets. On our last visit, we were assisted by Brittany. She worked us for over three hours. She was very helpful and understanding of the changes that had to be made. Now, the cabinets are ordered, and should be delivered within about three weeks, then we await the counter top.

Delivery of new refrigerator excellent. Had to maneuver around basement steps to get set up . Truly professional delivery crew . Many thanks

I had to get 5-6 miscellaneous items, and was provided assistance by a young lady named Kamrin. She was very helpful especially at check-out and made my trip easier.

I just bought a new fridge and washing machine. And since my old ones were 17 years old I needed to know about the latest information on my choice. I knew I could depend on the Home Depot people to help me. You can look at many things on the computer but give me a friendly knowledgeable human to speak to about a product any day. They smile and never rush me. The customer service is unbelievable. They have the "Dream Team".

I have had incredible service at Home Depot in Shorewood from Caesar who was working in the lumber department. Both times in the last couple weeks Carsar helped me find and cut plywood I needed, answer questions about cement board and personally help find materials I needed in other departments. He pushed the lumber cart to the register and loaded all the materials into my car with a smile on his face so refreshing to have an employee who values customer service.
