Thank you, Anass, for all your help and time with kitchen design. Everything else is so poor. They may or may not show up to work or respond back to you and the communication with their proxy companies is even worse. We received our cabinets with a missing door and pulls. After 2 months and multiple reorders, of course the door finally arrived during the 2 weeks we were on vacation and asked for it not to be delivered and sit on a humid porch (or please deliver to the store so they can see what is happening). We still have not received all the missing pulls and have not been able to find matching ones ourselves. We also ordered countertops. And after 2 months of poor communication and stalling, and stallng, and stalling and trying to get all parties to communicate on one email and stop blaming each other for who's court the ball was in to progress (Home Depot vs their proxy CountertopsHD), they arrived fabricated incorrectly. SO LAME. We learned a hard way that there are cheaper and much less of a hassle options.

I had to wait at least 15 minutes (maybe 30) in the parking lot to get someone to help me unload my returns. They couldn't find anybody to answer the phone (normal) to help me get my order.

I like this store for it's convenience but the design of the exit of the parking lot needs improvement. In order to exit you have to make a U turn and I find this to be and issue especially if you have a truck loaded with lumber . Instead I would like to see the entrance widen to two lanes for entrance and exit thereby avoiding the U turn upon exiting the parking lot.

John ruined my experience. He argued, delayed me and farted in front of me.

Suani was very helpful with checkout when I was having trouble.

I have asked an employee one time about helping me find the correct front wheel for my lawn mower. He was very helpful and while I could not find the wheel he did look on his online tablet and found the correct wheel. He told me what sku number to type in for an online purchase since they did not have the product. I ordered the part and it fit the lawn mower. Thank you!

I am constantly appalled at how dirty the exterior of the SS HOME DEPOT is kept. There is often trash in all areas of the parking lot. On the right side of the building there’s an array of bottles and wrappers. The store is just not well-maintained.

I USUALLY FIND A GOOD VARIETY OF ITEMS IN EACH DEPARTMENT TO PICK FROM..

I like the location of this store, but the tile isles are not next to each other. It’s like a laberinth or an “egg hunt” search to find each tile/flooring isle 🫤. That particular section is disorganized. And most of the time, I don’t find the tile I need and I have to check other stores to see if they have what I’m looking for. That happens pretty frequently.

I was told the price on the shelf for gravel was an old price and they would not sell it to me for the price posted and did not remove the old price tag. Not good.

I like this store b/c they are helpful, full of smile and they give good advice or recommendations.

As a handyman I need to count on inventory being available and well organized on their shelves. I often find that the electrical and plumbing departments have disorganized, unlabeled and missing inventory. Floor staff do not usually offer assistance (if you can find them. THe Aspen Hill store seems better managed..

Two days ago I went to the Broadbirch Drive - Silver Spring store and the vibe seemed so nice. I was in and out with a smile and laugh; made the day of DIY better.

I brought this faucet filter 3 months ago but could not find again in 8 months.

Abera Berile, Master Plumbing Specialist, worked with me on two visits to figure out a problem I had in redoing a shower. On my first visit he recommended the least intrusive way to address the drain problem for a shower and when I came back with parts from the drain when that didn't work, he helped me design a specific solution that worked perfectly. He was very specific in how to put things together so I would not have a future issue.

Denaysia is knowledgeable and good hearted person. Always I went this location she goes beyond and above. On my previous shopping she even contacted delivery people and make it happen our BBQ machine. I mean this store is great overall Alisa is great manager very very helpful. Carlos was a great guy.

I would like to give thanks to Andrea Granados, her supervisor Oneil, and Adonis. All of them work in the Blinds/Shades department at the Home Depot located on Broadbirch Drive, Silver Spring. Ms. Granados did a super job guiding me to get window measurements, pick and order custom made blinds, cut the in-store blinds to fit some of my windows, and the entire ordering process. Her supervisor was equally responsive with keeping track of my vertical blind delivery. Andonis was very helpful to show me the price of various custom made blinds. This is my first time to order blinds and installation of blinds from Home Depot. The service and help from these employees really make my experience very positive. My family is looking forward to having the installation done when all the blinds have arrived. I think that their excellent customer support is worth recognition. I hope that their managers will give kudos to these employees for a job well done!

WE CALLED TO CHECK AVAILABLITY OF AN ITEM AND THEY ANSWERED THE CALL RIGHT AWAY AND NOT ONLY TOLD US THE ITEM WAS IN STOCK, BUT HAD IT WAITING AT THE SERVICE DESK FOR US WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE LADIES AT CHECK OUT WERE HELPFUL IN SCHEDULING ASSEMBLY AND DELIVERY AND WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE ITEMS. TOP NOTCH SERVICE.

I come to Home Depot Silver Spring often. It’s a friendly staff store. Usually I can find what I need. I love the plants, and general supplies.

Wow! What a great experience here! Some other places can have very rude people and that can happen anywhere but with this Home Depot location it is rare to be treated poorly! I love this location! Best Of Blessings to you guys and may peace be with ya!☝️❤️
