Mukaila , the Cashier was very helpful and he asked me if I want to have a HD credit card. He was very courteous and helped me with card application. He greeted me as I entered in the HD. No one ever before greeted me in this store.

I bought three blinds and it fit perfectly and looks really nice.

I was there yesterday for a return and a purchase and everyone I dealt with was friendly, attentive and helpful. The only negative I noticed is that they had added a lot of self serve check outs and employed only one person at a full serve register. That person was lovely. However, I have real issues with the corporate mind set to replace employees with self check outs. We are not Home Depot employees - please stop making your customers do the work of the people you should be employing.

This Home Depot is always well stocked and has some of the friendliest, knowledgeable personnel that I have ever encountered in a Home Depot. Amazing!

I crawled around on the floor for more than 10 minutes looking for items on the bottom shelves that were not in the right place. No employees offered to help and when I complained, I was told they were sorry, but that is just the way it is and they can't do anything about it. The entire first two bays (under the conduit) need to be completely cleared and restocked. This store is the closest to me and has great hours, but is messier than average and finding items is frustrating. I have even tried ordering online and my orders have regularly been cancelled because the employees said they couldn't find the items either, but when I came in, I was eventually able to find them.

He was willing to help me and also others. For me it was finding a tool that was in stock but not located where it was supposed to be....He persisted in looking for it and in the interim helped another customer with a key issue. She was really frustrated before finding Carlos and I did not complain that she was interfering with what he was trying to help me. It was just important that he help her in her moment and she was sincerely appreciative of his assistance and I heard her say so three times. When we were just about to give up on my search he found the tool I wanted. It's easier to complain in today's world but harder to pay a compliment. If there were more people like Carolos int he world, it would be a better place for sure.

When you shop at This location go to the garden side it’s a faster check out with cashier yahn. He helps you with anything sometimes if he isn’t busy and have heavy items he’ll help you to the car. Very nice young man.
