We were in today buying a hot water heater and they were so helpful with what we needed employee Amber took the time to go through service connect and got us set up with an appointment for someone to assess our needs thank you so much made this so much easier

We had one question with the Garden associate and was very dismissive and rude. All questions regarding if it's small or big is still an inquiry. Please do better for your customers.

Good value and Great Associates, make this store my Go-to for all of my home improvement purchases. I had two rather large and expensive online orders come through this store recently, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I had very low expectations, but the products were delivered on-time and without damage during the Holidays and a pandemic! Great job to the store and online team! Home Depot is doing great! Silverdale 4716 is the best home improvement store around! Keep up the great work!!!

Everyone was very Polite and helpful.

We consistently use this store at least once a month for our gardening and home maintenance shopping.

The customer service, at the Silverdale Home Depot, was much better than that at the Poulsbo store as I made several trips to both, around the same time, and the employees at the Silverdale store offered to be of service, whereas, I had to hunt down someone to help me out at the Poulsbo store.

Bennie Ross in the appliance area was outstanding in helping me find the refrigerator I needed. Went over all paperwork to make sure I knew everything I was purchasing, and covered warranty and if not pleased once i had the product. Great job!!!

Very clean store. Easy to navigate. Wide aisles. Well stocked. Multiple check out stations including self check out.

Employees were rude and appeared bothered when I asked for assistance with a product not on the shelves, I was given the run around and misinformation when inquiring about a pro discount, during these difficult unprecedented economical times I feel the employees have no appreciation for having a job and or customers

This store almost always has what I'm looking for at a price I'm willing to pay. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

The cashier (Jennifer) by the pro-desk area notice I was not wearing a face mask when I came into the store to get materials for a project and went out of her way to make sure everyone in line at the registers and the pro-desk area was aware that I wasn’t wearing a mask and engage conversations with customers about the laws and the fact that I wasn’t obeying the law by not wearing a face mask. For those at Home Depot please keep in mind that it is not a law to wear a face mask.
