Always have what I need plus some things I didn't know I needed. :-) I buy all my horticulture needs each Spring from this store and make at least 15 visits for plants and supplies. Plants are always fresh with a wide assortment. Nice to have them close by to my home also.

We're temporarily adjusting store hours to better serve customers and communities in response to COVID-19. Please check your local store for the most current operating hours.
What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
The adjusted hours give stores the ability to staff appropriately and provide additional time to restock shelves and perform cleaning. As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

The Bitterlake store is FAR MORE helpful and polite that other HD stores in the area. The staff are knowledgeable, with a real proactive problem-solving attitude. Add to that how friendly and welcoming they are and you have a real great place to get your home improvement materials.

Not impressed with the COVID protocol. Making you wait outside in order to keep the customer population to 100 seems ridiculous when there are no measures taken inside the store to maintain distance. If you trust us to make the right choices inside, why the silly 100 person limit? All it does is shift responsibility from the customer to the store managers, and in that regard you failed.

Two employees we dealt with when filling a long shopping list of plumbing and electrical items provided a very high level of professional assistance in a very friendly manner and then the checkout clerk saw that we had an opportunity for a $50 discount and handled the complexities this added to the checkout in a cheerful and professional matter, without delaying others; in the plumbing area, the faucet choices were organized in a way that allowed me to make the choice easily and find the box for my cart by using the guide numbers, allowing me to check some things about the purchase without needing to ask for assistance on that matter.

In the middle of very trying circumstances because of the pandemic, store manager Jason went out of his way to help me locate, load and pay for the product I needed-after they'd been cancelled from an on-line order the day before at another store. He was kind, helpful and very appreciative of my non-angry attitude as well as effusive in his praise of his employees during this difficult time. Awesome experience--demonstration of how we can all treat each other selflessly and with care during what can be very stressful circumstances.

The store is well organized and clean. Staff are willing to help although sometimes it is only directing you to someone else who knows that department. I am not a fan of self checkout and i have seen the store have no clerks at the registers so self checkout is the only way to pay. I have left without purchasing on a few occasions because of this. I still recommend this as a place with good selection and prices.
