I went to the store on Monday, and walked out unable to locate a lumber cart. Today (Friday)I needed to buy the lumber and was able to return. There were NO lumber carts available. Walking through the store I saw 7 lumber carts sitting with product on them, making it so customers can’t use them to shop. The carts had 1 double size door, too much for me to remove myself, and several pieces of trimming on another which would have been a pain for me to put away, and as a customer, why should I? Continuing to walk through, I observed employees in the door section sitting on the computers, I’m assuming placing “orders” with no customers sitting across from them. it would have been great if they’d get up and put the product away so the lumber carts could be used. I juggled 10 pieces of 1”x6”x8’ boards in a normal shopping cart somehow, and exchanged annoyed looks and comments with other customers who were doing the same. I watched 2 customers hand carry out 2 pieces of drywall even. They need to take inventory of carts and order more. Also, get the employees to restock items immediately. I bet if I go back to the story in 2 hours the carts will still be sitting there loaded with the same items. Perhaps a picture idea for next time I visit.

We usually go to Thousand Oaks but went to Simi Valley today. What a great team of professionals they have there. The returns depart was exceptional, especially Devin and Alyssa.

I was at the simi valley store and a staff named Henry was very friendly and helpful and most of all had a smile on his face which was great on a rainy day…

We had to make a few returns and the gentleman was very efficient and helpful...we also needed to pickup an online order and they worked as a team to get us loaded up and back to work...very good!!

I recently came to Simi Home Depot to discuss the issue with a rebate. Sales Cashier Sherry was patient, professional, and willing to help. In the end the rebate was granted! Thank You Sherry and Simi Home Depot, I will definitely be back and loyal to Home Depot for any of my purchases! Well Done!

Stacey was amazing, I live in Thousand Oaks and the Home Depot there is much closer and has a larger footprint but I am disappointed with their service. Stacey took it upon herself to make sure she found the item I needed before I left. Stacey even delayed going on her lunch just so I wouldn’t get passed off to someone else and was taken care of. I’m sure from my experience that this is not a onetime event but that she consistently provides excellent customer service. Thank you

I’m a contraction and have been in dozens of Home Depot’s, I have to say this one is the best. This store not like others is fully stacked with everything you need, you need trim? Hardwood, vinyl they have it!You need great deals? They gave it! Do you need compressive employees? They have it! This is by far my favorite Home Depot great costumer service product availability and they are clean/organized!

Went to purchase a dishwasher and was helped by sales rep., Carli. She went out of her way to help us with our purchase. Look her up the next time you are looking to buy large appliances! Great customer service!

I have made several trips to this location this week working on a fence in my backyard. On 2 separate visits, employees have been extremely helpful in helping me get product off the shelf and into my car. The first time was 1250 pounds cement (unfortunately didn't catch the employee's name). The second time, Sean and Raymond helped with 8 huge 6' x 8' bamboo fencing panels. Also, I drive just a midsize SUV, so getting everything to fit was a challenge in and of itself. I was very impressed!

I am in the process of remodeling my home. So much has gone into this process, and the HomeDepot Simi Valley Customer Service Department, Returns Departmen, as well as all the employees I've interacted with in the various departments have been shining examples of why HomeDepot remains my "Go To" establishment for home goods, appliances, and building materials. I am so impressed with their helpfulness, expertise, and service!!!! And the discount prices don't hurt either!

Shabbir in the Simi Valley store was EVER so helpful. The younger kids there seem to know the "walking path" as that is what most of them do...walk around. When I have asked for assistance, they just point and walk away. Shabbir came up to me and offered assistance even though he was helping another customer. Once he was done helping them he came to help me. He was VERY professional and knowledgeable.

Bought a new dryer tonight since ours broke yesterday and the process was so easy with Terry! He was very knowledgeable on all products, had a great sense of humor, and had a lot of patience with all our questions. We appreciate you! And we’re sorry your company doesn’t give you commission on sales, because you sure deserve it. You went above and beyond, and we appreciate you!

This Home Depot is the one I'll be using anytime Om in the area. Very knowledgeable friendly staff.

I shop frequently at the Simi Valley store. Garden shop employees are very friendly and knowledgable.

Always an employee that helps

I’m tired of getting harassed for opening a credit card by Shaker. No matter how many times I continually say no he pushes my wife and I even after declining his $50discount. Might just try a different Home Depot.

A notch above the best

Store is super friendly, the staff is always willing to assist customers. It's also clean and organized so it makes for a quick shopping trip if you're on the go.

I was helped by staff immediately entering the appliance department. I was completely satisfied with the service, courtesy, and quality of the product. My shopping was handled quickly and with attention to detail. Delivery was on time as promised.

I live in Thousand Oaks but shop at the Simi Valley Home Depot because of the customer service there. Wayne, Nikki, Angelina, Sarah, Andrea, Matt, Richard, Barb and many others are always helpful and professional. Great store!

I went to return certain items and Sarah decided to help me. The process took 3 plus times. Each time Sarah getting more and more livid, I literally took store credit because I didn't want to have Sarah get more aggressive because the return process would have started over again for the 4th or 5th time. She actively was showing her anger while her voice gaining aggression towards me. I'll be waiting for other service reps from now on to assist me. Don't want to be dealing with that type of aggression for a return again.

April at check out was incredibly friendly and helping us get everything scanned and paid for in a timely manner. James was very very helpful and friendly and helping us get the plywood tied to the roof of our car. These two deserve a raise!
