The employee, Dana, was extremely helpful. She was an able to retrieve two items from separate aisles from the top shelf, twice. She should be praised!

I have now had the pleasure of working with four amazing individuals at this store . Nae, Pineal, Roby, and Joey. All four have exuded enthusiasm and impeccable customer service . I highly recommend this Home Depot location .

Look out for the store manager who is extremely rude and does not try to help the customers, he immediately starts to insult you.

I was just returning a key that I had made the day before that did not work. They could not fix it because neither one of the key machines were working. I was told to just get a refund. Then I waited in line for over half an hour to spend one minute getting my refund.

I love the size of this location and the variety of items available. I also like that this location is open later than the other store that in this area. I truly appreciate that there hasn't been many things I haven't been able to find when I've really needed them.

Everytime I purchase pallets of concrete through my Pro Account, Steve at the Pro Desk makes sure to have our stuff loaded quickly and safely! We appreciate that Steve cares about our time.

I was trying to find a window that would not show up online. The store had similar sizes to what I needed, but that line of window only exists on the shelf, not on the app. Sam was helping me first and was just as frustrated as I was. He was tryto figure everything out and asked Jhazmine to help. She called the sales rep and manufacturer to get to the bottom of the situation. Turns out, the manufacturer made everything so complicated, Home Depot couldn't update their site fast enough. These two were the most helpful people I've encountered in a store of any sort in a very long time.

I have to say that when I go to the Home Depot I choose this one because of their customer service desk, especially Ms. Jess, Ms. Belinda, Ms. Amaria, Ms. Roby, and Mr. Herald (I think). If I chose to have my items as drive up, they call and which, for most people, this would be a setback or an inconvenience, but I find this helpful, but also they have come to recognize my voice as I have been doing pickups from their store over the past year so often for my home remodel. It makes me feel they truly care about the customer or customers. I have watched them with others and seen them try to help as much as possible. I have had one of the representatives help me look for a product I ordered for 20 minutes and even call a manager before we realized the internet had made a mistake and they did not have the product. Most businesses as big as this store would not help a customer like they have helped me just about every time I have entered that store. I don't like going to other Home Depots for this exact reason.

Total incompetence and misrepresentation from the sales staff, management, and measuring personnel. I was promised that specific pieces of furniture would be moved at no charge, and then charged $350.00 to move it. If I refused to pay they would pull the job. That threat was after they had moved all my furniture out. I could not ever recommend doing business with them again.

nothing like the website showing stuff in stock, then putting inn my order. then get called saying things are not available and are out of stock. then i drive to the store walk right to the items put them in a cart and go check out. just wish people took pride in their job.
