Appliance salesclerk failed to mention need for reserving three parking spots for appliance delivery in Boston (requires 3 days notice/$69/notification of neighbors), did not ask about driveway and this information is also not on invoice. Subcontracted delivery company refused to make delivery of LG fridge on scheduled day -- Saturday's planned gathering for 30 suddenly got very complicated and expensive. Then waited 1 hour on phone with store and problem has yet to be resolved 2 hours later. Planning on cancelling order unless a steep discount is offered for trouble/time/catering expenses.
