Associates were few and far between. We had to interrupt a personal conversation between 2 associates at the self check out and then were treated with disdain when finally getting them to help us. I will NEVER go to this particular store again.

Not one time have I gone to this Home Depot location and not received assistance once needed. Staff are very friendly and quick to help you get in and out.

If I can help it I will go some place else to shop

Always really friendly service whenever we go into the store. GOt help from someone even though he was off the clock, and the checkout guy was really nice.

The Home Depot store that is 4 miles west of this store is a must better stock and had a lot of different items that the South Country Store id Not.

Went looking for wood flooring and found the best deal at Home Depot. Flooring associate was so helpful and was able to get the 24 month free interest.

Easy to find what I was looking for and everyone was helpful

Associate helped me to decide which level item would best fill my needs. Then we found the best one for me was out of stock, so they marked down the next level of quality higher to the price for the one I was going to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised. I expected then to search their computer and find one in another store and send me there. It gives me a great reason to return to Home Depot.

Home Depot Managers and Store Associates very helpful, I hope they follow up on my inquiry of Ronald Hebel, Chris Niewegloski dba HICPA or ANI Group, LLC or A New Identity Group LLC offering $10 ANI membership cards to receive additional discounts and stating Home Depot Logo and endorsements? Consumer beware of this company, bad experience and mispresentation.

Only disappointment was that we missed the longer term financing and were not made aware that is was changing. We had already had contract set up. It was a problem for my husband to get into the store because of his job to sign the paperwork. If we had known the longer term financing was changing on Wednesday evening, we would have made more of an effort to get into the store instead of waiting until Saturday, his day off. If it was a small purchase we wouldn't care, but it was $3300

There were many more plants and flowers than I expected and I had to take more time than I thought to decide what to buy! Great experience!

I WAS LOOKING FOR A HEDGER. I WENT TO LOWES AND WAS GOING TO PURCHASE IT THERE BUT THEY DENIED MY VETERANS DISCOUNT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STAMPED ON MY DRIVERS LISCENSE. I WENT TO HOME DEPOT. FOUND THE SAME ITEM FOR THE SAME PRICE AND HOME DEPOT GAVE ME MY VETERANS DISCOUNT. I SHOULD HAVE JUST GONE TO HOME DEPOT FIRST. NOW THAT LOWES DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY MILITARY SERVICE, I WONT SHOP THERE AGAIN. NO GREAT LOSS TO ME.

Finding products I needed went about as well as expected. It was when I was ready to check out that things slowed to a crawl. All four of the "Self Checkout" lanes were operational, but only one of (I think seven) of the conventional checkout lanes was manned, and the line for that one extended well into the aisle behind it. Your employee manning this checkout lane did an admirable job dealing with the pileup, but the manager on duty really should have opened another checkout lane (or two), at least until the crowd went down a bit.

I like Home Depot in my neighborhood because it usually stocks everything that I need to do any project or repair that I have on my agenda. Also, the prices are pretty affordable on my retiree budget.
