I frequent this store and always find the staff extremely helpful and the store clean and organized.

Lois at the self service checkout was an absolute peach!

The emplyees are very knowledgeable in they're products and where they are located in the store, saved me time,also the prices cant be beat,I love home depot stores, the best or there period.

This is a very well stocked, very clean store. The personnel here are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.

This store is my favorite of all the Home Depots in my area, including the one I shop at in Florida during the winter months. Everyone is cheerful and helpful, treat me very well. Marcia, Tom, Derek, the paint dept people and the cashiers all know me by name, as I am sometimes in there 3-4 times a day.

The associates are well informed on the products and location of the products in the store and well kept. The products are well priced and good quality. I am seeing more products labeled "Made in the USA" and I look for them. Today I purchased "Howard Feed-N-Wax" made in the USA which is great for antiques, and many places sell it and for more money. I have never had any problem with any employee, they are friendly, helpful, and courteous.

I had been at Lowes before going to this Home Depot. No one at Lowes helped me but an employee at Home Depot approached me right away. He was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was very friendly.

I recently made a large purchase of a refrigerator, washer and dryer for my daughter at 721 Milford Road, Merrimack, NH. This was a big deal for my daughter and husband as they just purchased their first home, and they didn't know much about appliances. We collectively cannot express the gratitude, kindness, knowledge and patience that the Sales Rep Tony DeCosta provided for us. He didn't rush us, he made great recommendations and answered every question in detail. I just want to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had at a Home Depot and you are very fortunate to have this wonderful, caring sale rep working for you. If you need appliances go see Tony!!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a home and have been making several trips to this location over the past few weeks. The store always has in stock what we are looking for, customer service is great and never a long wait at the checkout.

store was very neatly set up very clean employees very friendly. product very good in prices I have been buying there for 14 years. and never did I get a lemon on what I bough lawn mowers snow removers. tools rugs. and could go on with more articles.i lke to go hear for the no intrest helps out so much when not money to live on.

This is the best Home Depot in my neighborhood bar none. Always staff around and helpful and pleasant. This store should help train the other stores in theNashua NH area on how it's done.

Derek at the pro desk was great in helping us get our new Pro Charge account. He went over the program and kept us up to date the entire time. Looking forward to many purchases and help from the team.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE has been our experience at store #3486 each & every time we are there. The managers there are fantastic as is the entire staff...Michael Murphy, Bruce Craig along with Dave Campbell & Rich O'Donnell all make for a winning team that really knows how to treat their customers. We will continue our 45 min drive past 3 other Home Depot stores to shop at South Merrimack Home Depot.

This store had a better selection of bathroom vanities than the Nashua Mall store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will make a point of coming to this store first instead of going to Nashua.

I should start by saying I could spend all day in Home Depot! Our experience the other day confirmed that part of the reason why is their customer service. I wish I could remember everyone's name who helped us.we are in the process of remodeling so we needed a lot of material (and advice). Paul in lighting was great!! Know ledge able and helpful. There was one woman walking around the store who helped us many times and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name. Our cashier was Katherine and she was pleasant and funny. It was a great experiencexperience from lighting, kitchen, paint, and tools.

I am a home owner and woodworking hobbyist. Store #3486 Merrimack is my store. I make weekly stops for supplies and do not wish to go anywhere else.micky

I've shopped at dozens of Home Depots throughout New England. The service I received here ranks at the top. Great assistance getting my product and a very friendly and helpful cashier. Well done.
