They always have what I need and the staff is always friendly.

I purchased a new dishwasher. This is the latest in many major purchases at this Home Depot. I will NEVER shop at this or any other Home Depot, specifically because of this experience. The delivery and installation is contracted out to a different company, increasing the final cost. The delivery company arrived an hour earlier than there 4 hour window, with only 5 minutes warning. The "updates" on installation were laughably inaccurate. I received a notification that there was 1 more person ahead of me, and then the plumber showed up. An hour later, I got another notification saying I was next. The plumber kept trying to convince me to hire him to fix a non-existent leak that "might develop." I was told I needed to hire his electrician to install a new outlet for the appliance and it HAD to be his electrician. 48hrs later, the electrician still hasn't shown up and my new $1000 dishwasher is collecting dust. Home Depot's entire attitude during this has been "they're a different company, there's nothing we can do."

Easy access to a great store. Well stocked and with generally helpful employees. Our go to store for so many things, as well as many online items. Easy ordering and shipping to home or pick up in store, as we did without issue.

Was shopping in the garden center and I had to run out to my car that was parked directly in front to get my wallet and as I was exiting the gate the employee said he would be closing the gate and I said I would be right back in less than a minute and he said ok and as I was returning he already locked the gate so I couldn't get back in. I had to walk all the way around to get back to the garden center only to see they were out of the soil I needed. I ended up buying a plant and as I was walking through the store I saw that employee chatting with another employee so it's not like he had to punch out or anything. He was just blatantly inconsiderate and doesn't care about good customer service. I was kinda disgusted.

Went to get a 7in Grinder & attachment to rent and immediately the guy talked down to me after not knowing I couldn’t rent the attachment. Which was fine I had no problem buying it but his attitude towards me about not knowing was ridiculous. Customer service comes in play as you should explain it other than being negative. He just said no you can’t rent it and assume that because it was about $100 he said “so I guess we aren’t doing that today” I said “No, I need it so I will buy it”. After that we went to the counter where he “did not” explain the tool to me or even offer and just proceeded to ring me up. He then rang up my attachment and didn’t ask for the pro xtra ID. I then asked and he said I couldn’t do it here at the tool rental checkout. I was there a few weeks ago and the other gentlemen “Jeff, maybe his name” was night and day difference compared to this employee “Mickey” that helped. When I confronted him about it he said I needed to check my attitude and go see customer service. So I wasted 20mins waiting to have things fixed by Rich after this conflict with him.

I would go back for house hold needs, plants, outdoor projects, and upgrading needs for my home.

Excellent customer service! I do a lot of renovations and property management, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff at the Merrimack NH Home Depot When things go wrong they make it right! And they’re always quick to get back to me, I highly recommend the store and the wonderful staff there!

I went to Home Depot today for a return and refund of a defective product that the manufacturer was being very difficult with. The customer service desk person processed my return instantly. I then spoke to Heidi about a carpet shampoo unit ; she was very helpful. I then spoke to someone in the paint department. He offered to shake a 5 gallon container of paint that has settled for some time which will save me from trying to stir it with a stick. Everyone goes the extra mile in Home Depot.

I was extremely impressed with the assistance I received from Jacob (I believe he was working in flooring). He asked me what I was looking for, brought me to the exact area I needed and helped me get a flat cart to load on the 70 gallon storage totes I needed. He also brought the man back to use the bucket lift to obtain the lids that were stacked up by the ceiling. He stayed with me until all my items were loaded on the cart. It was so nice to have someone so attentive and helpful. A+ Jacob!

I liked the gentleman who always had popcorn for the children and customers. he always had a smile on his face!! I haven't seen him lately. I do hope all is well with him. (merrimack store)

Purchased a new battery The process was easy and efficient. Tracie at the customer service desk was just an awesome friendly and knowledgeable person. Than you Tracie for being "one of the good ones!!!"

Suddenly needing 1/4" magnetic nut drivers we headed to Home Depot. Plenty in stock and a reputable brand that performed perfectly. Can't beat Home Depot.

Ran in quickly to find tree storage bag. They were not in. But had 2 people try to help me with alternatives. Found good firestarters and a creosite cleaning log as well as some nice Christmas lights. Pleasantly interacted with 3 employees!

I have shopped numerous times at The Merrimack, NH store and the customer service has always been top notch.

Helpful happy and welcoming people working there , so nice ! Will be back there always!

Our go to home improvement store because of the helpful employees. Again purchased more than intended. Fairly well stocked considering.......

No greeter. It took too long to get help. The help I got pointed me to an isle number and left. Once there I could not locate the items I was looking for. I had to go the desk to ask for one on one help. I went to a Home Depot competitor directly from Home Depot and had no trouble getting one on one help. We had no problem locating the items I needed. Normally I have a good experience at Home Depot. Maybe the associates were on break.
