Great help by Lady Tracie’s I mean IN & OUT timely

Purchased a new battery The process was easy and efficient. Tracie at the customer service desk was just an awesome friendly and knowledgeable person. Than you Tracie for being "one of the good ones!!!"

Suddenly needing 1/4" magnetic nut drivers we headed to Home Depot. Plenty in stock and a reputable brand that performed perfectly. Can't beat Home Depot.

Ran in quickly to find tree storage bag. They were not in. But had 2 people try to help me with alternatives. Found good firestarters and a creosite cleaning log as well as some nice Christmas lights. Pleasantly interacted with 3 employees!

I have shopped numerous times at The Merrimack, NH store and the customer service has always been top notch.

Helpful happy and welcoming people working there , so nice ! Will be back there always!

Our go to home improvement store because of the helpful employees. Again purchased more than intended. Fairly well stocked considering.......

No greeter. It took too long to get help. The help I got pointed me to an isle number and left. Once there I could not locate the items I was looking for. I had to go the desk to ask for one on one help. I went to a Home Depot competitor directly from Home Depot and had no trouble getting one on one help. We had no problem locating the items I needed. Normally I have a good experience at Home Depot. Maybe the associates were on break.

Ann Kenny in flooring is the best. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. She made my carpeting purchase for one of my home projects a very pleasant one.

This is specific feedback on one visit. We were greeted and assisted by Todd in the paint department while asking to have deck stain mixed. He not only answered all our questions and gave us tremendous help (he’s clearly a professional painter with massive experience), he also addressed myself and my husband, which is rare for me to experience as a woman. I’ve had many good interactions at this store by myself, being respected as a customer and not assumed to be waiting on a male counterpart, but this superseded even that. I appreciate this respect so much, I’ll gladly drive the extra 45 minutes to hit this store up now.

As of my visit last night on 6/18/2021 I would not recommend store 3486. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Home Depot in over 15 years. What happened to Home Depot and their employees? Not to mention could not get what I needed after checking online and it said it was instock.

Great customer service and satisfaction! We went to a competitors store and they told us that we had to pay to get Pro Desk project assistance. After leaving that store we entered the Merrimack Home Depot store and spoke to the Pro Desk. Rich took the time to help us with everything we needed. He walked us through all our questions and responded with a formal quote the same day! He had patience with every follow up question we had and helped us process and order the supplies we needed to get our project completed in a timely manner! He also helped us sign up for pro rewards which we may have missed out on otherwise. Would definitely recommend seeing Rich for project assistance! He has great customer service and clearly cares about customer satisfaction!

Always helpful employees when you can find one in the department Nuts and bolts section was a mess Check everything before leaving the store! That section needs to be tended to daily

Ordered a patio set back on 4/20 to be picked up by 5/9. We inquired today at the store as to the status of our order and were told that no more would be coming in and we would have to take the floor model. Floor models condition was not great so I inquired if there would be any discount and was told $100 off. When I asked why just $100 off of a $1300 patio set I was told that was the best they could do and if we didn’t want it he would refund. How about saying you were at least sorry. Treat the customer with a little respect. Say sorry when you can’t deliver. Don’t just give excuses and take no responsibility for your error. When you realize you made an error contact the customer and don’t just wait or assume the floor model would be acceptable. The manager on duty, Brian should at least seem sympathetic to the error that was made and not just constantly state that he has no authority to help us any further. If he has no authority to help a customer he should not be a manager. Sad!

I received excellent service from many of the store's salespeople. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding just what you are looking for.

The employees at this location always go above and beyond to make shopping at Home Depot a positive experience. I never go anywhere else!

The associates go out of there way to help you, would recommend shopping there.

In general I like shopping at Home Depot, This particular location seems to be a bit bigger and has more products in stock. I Thank You Homer D. Poe.

Was a first time on line order/pickup. Was extremely easy and quick. Gentleman who helped the husband was smiling and very helpful. Also needed some paint supplies and they were very helpful in determining our needs for a small project.

Good store, friendly people. But I better not be getting spam calls and emails after filling out the survey and being entered for the $5000 gift card. DO NOT SELL MY INFORMATION

My wife and I love going to this Home Depot, friendly staff and knowledgeable too. Clean and easy to find products. We met Runy today she was fantastic we talked about different things and she made us very comfortable. Keep up the good work all.

Sean, Nate and Tracy were very helpful in working with me to obtain a a grill in a quick and timely fashion..

Went to get lumber. Two guys had the lumber aisle sectioned off while they were playing with the fork lift. We walked around the store after waiting 10 minutes for them to open access to the aisle. Lots of other people were annoyed too. When we returned 20 minutes later they still had the aisle cut off. When I finally got in, they let me load my cart with 8 2x12x8's by myself even though they were right there (I'm a 50+ woman). Then the cashier charged us for 9 2x12x8 instead of 8, that's another $36 the store got from us above an beyond their cheap products and poorly paid useless employees. It's been this way for years and every year it gets worse, but since they've killed off the competition...where else can we go? So these surveys are a just a joke on us.
