Excellent customer service.

Store was very clean. Bathrooms very clean. Plenty of the product we were looking for. The cashier Ruby was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

This store is very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I needed right away (two Moen bathroom faucets). The store is very organized. Susan was wonderful at the check-out - friendly, helpful and funny too! Thank you!

While picking up pellets Nate was the only employee to offer to help me he loaded my pellets on a flatbed then loaded in my vehicle first time I didn’t have to chase and employee for help great job Nate

This store is great, the employees are super friendly and even remember that you were there before.... kind of like being regulars at a bar. We always have a great experience when we go, Tracy, Sheila and all of the cashiers are so friendly and helpful every time and always make it a point to say hello.... it's the little things.

Attempted to purchase a new range but informed that “None are in stock, all ranges have to be ordered and delivered.” It would take 2 weeks. I couldn’t purchase the floor model. Great customer service.

Another unplanned trip for plumbing repair items and was able to get everything needed. Store is well stocked. Highly recommend the S. Merrimack Home Depot.

the paint guy with the ponytail was very knowledgeable and i walked out learning about the different types of paint.

I get excellent help whenever I shop at the Merrimack Home Depot...especially on weeknights 7-9 pm. Cashiers are so friendly! Two people asked if they could help me within 3 minutes of walking in. If you ask the cashier, they page somebody to help you get stuff in your car. If you return things but dont have your receipt, all you need to do is give them the credit card you used and you get the refund to your card with zero hassle!

Extremely courteous and helpful staff through and through, Most recently with Megan and Lily, check out who were patient and took their time to help me with special purchases and make the visit a nice experience

We love visiting South Merrimack because of “Uncle Dennis” and his friendly visits to our dogs and family. Dennis is such a lovely experience when we go!

This store has a policy and signage of mask wearing yet allow coughing customers to walk around and shop there yet do nothing to solve the issue

Most if not all of the employees at this location have always been willing to take the time to assist with all needs. From the flooring department, customer service, rental department to name a few. I have been exceptionally impressed with the positive customer service that I have received.

Well stocked and plenty of covid19 safety measures in place. Best Big Box store around. Great employees generally willing to help and many have knowledge based on actual experience. Thanks to everyone making Home Depot a great place and for all the added work going into keeping the store safe.

Liz in garden and Julia in management are the bomb. Helped me out with an exchange in the garden center. If you are looking for good service in the Nashua area, this is the store to visit - their staff really cares.

Home Depot, the multi-billion $ company, is so cheap that it refuses to hire more than one cashier so that there is a long line, 12 people waiting for the cashier and force everyone to go and check themselves out, while 6 cash registers are closed. I tried to get the attention of your manager Vic at his register, but he refused to bother with my complaint that there were so many people in line. He waved his hand at me dismissively and told me to "go self-check yourself out."
