Employees here have always been very nice, and helpful. I enjoy the store as it is my toy store. I also like that I can get my Military discount by showing my cad card mot having to go online and register like the other guys store.

Ann from flooring is the best. Took 20minutes of her time to make a phone call and get me what I been trying to find for a month. I’m driving an hour out of my way to get there but well worth it. All my local locations told me flat out no can’t be done. Thanks for the extra effort Ann.

Home Depot is truly a one stop shop for the novice home-improvement guy to the most experience contractor. The staff is well trained in all departments to advise and assist any consumer scanning the isles with that look of “what else is needed”. I truly appreciate the knowledge and assistance when offered I love to wander just to get ideas to continually work on my own home improvement do it yourself list that Home Depot always offers. I will say I want occasion I didn’t counter an arrogant self conceited know it all employee. I did not complain on the day of my visit but left the store without a purchase but through my commitment and dedication to Home Depot return to the store a few days later to complete my purchase as well as offer recommendations on customer service etiquette for new employees. I did not judge the whole store based on the conduct of one employee but appreciated the holistic approach on what the store has to offer and how they can improve. Thank you Home Depot management team and the members who assisted me on August 12.

Always a tidy store with knowledgeable happy employees. The mood of employees flows through to the customers in any store. People seem to actually be pleased to be at Home Depot. They are all very knowledgeable about their area and very willing to get a coworker if you are asking about an area that is not theirs. I did no know where the adhesives aisle was but an employee at the paint counter was very helpful. He sent me to two locations, one for professionals and one for home owners. I found what I was seeking in the home owner aisle.

Had a great experience here today, Amy went above and beyond to ensure I had found exactly what I needed and ensured my check out was safe, clean and quick!

Staff still doing great with added covid19 safety. Store well stocked and seeming busy. Thanks to all the hard work keeping everything going as well as can be. Highly recommend this Home Depot for customer service and great products.

Ann Kenny in the flooring department was a real pleasure to work with. Ann made us comfortable spending a Sunday significant amount of money to redo our floors. She is exactly the type of customer associate we all would like to work with but so rarely find. Thanks Ann.

I received very good service in appliances. The associate was able to help me find a washer that was in stock, even though many models were back ordered 3 weeks.

The store was neat and clean and the isles are marked clearly so its easy to find what you are looking for. The staff was very helpful and courteous . A nice place to shop.

Great store because of all the employees, all the hard work that goes into providing all Home Depot does day in and day out, especially with all that's going on. Can't express my sincere thanks to everyone. Store is well stocked and staffed with polite people.

This is my first time and I like lit because all the personnel Are friendly and take care of you.

I am constantly finding excuses to shop at Home Depot whether it be for simple or serious home repairs or upgrades, filling my garden with flowers, or silly joyful endeavors like building a bird house. My number one go-to-store for help and supplies is Home Depot. The HD Associates eagerly share their knowledge and expertise and in doing so, my projects come out much better. I am not an expert at anything but I often get compliments on my completed result due to the wisdom offered me from Home Depot workers and even other shoppers I meet there! Price, supply, and Associate assistance is a winning combination! Even returns are hassle free. It's such a great place. You just can't be disappointed with all that is offered there. When I'm bored and restless, I just visit Home Depot and get inspired! It's a Happy Place!

Have been shopping here for years, rather concerned with recent experiences. Long lines of people buying flowers and other gardening items. Essential workers coming in to buy essential items have to form in line with the folks who are home doing projects. Policy is showing a concern for profits over safety. Employees are overworked and extremely stressed dealing with the volume in conjunction with the pandemic. Signage postage stating masks must be worn to enter the store in accordance to governors orders. There is no such order in New Hampshire from the government very misleading and dangerous to the public to mislead. If the manager wants masks to be worn then be honest with the customers. Telling folks false information during this time is very concerning.

Great job adapting store to covid 19 social distancing. Store well stocked and plenty of employees mostly providing excellent customer service in these trying times.

I appreciate the precautions that were taken during this time. At no time did I feel unsafe and I was able to purchase the utility trailer with the associate, Robert (in the rental shop).
