On July 17 at 1:25 pm I purchased 30 boxes of 16" ceramic tile ..2 workers from your store helped me load it in my truck ..without even asking ..outstanding customer service went well above and beyond ..OOOHRAH !!

I buy some things on line and pick them up, I often visit the store for ideas, I've returned items as well and I have never had a problem. The staff is friendly and helpful, not always available, but I have gotten by.

Entering store with limited time due to having to be at work soon the staff was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed in a very short amount of time. I have been to this store many times and have never been disappointed. I actually drive out of my way to use this store over the HD closer to my home.

From the Manager Ozzie all the way to the floor with people like Paul and Humberto, you can't go wrong with excellent customer service. Oh, and Billy the guy in garden is very helpful as are the people at the returns desk.

Bob in appliances was able to help two customer at the same time. Explained the difference between two units and got us in and out in no time.

There is a super store associate by the name of Joyce that greeted me at the door and directed me to the aisle that I was looking for. She had me smiling a minute after I entered the store.

I went to the South Naples store for different items for different house projects. I found a guy named Chris in the Garden Dept who answered all my questions, then told me where to find all the other items I needed. He even took me to a couple other Depts. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Refreshing, because that's hard to find in retail. Even in this same store, not all workers know as much or are willing to share with customers.

The associate we had was very friendly and certainly knew his products well. It took no time at all to Purchase 2 kitchen appliances because he could answer all our questions and help us make choices. Our entire shopping experience was very pleasant. It helps to have someone who cares about his customers and he certainly does.

We received an "emergency" call from our renters, saying the dishwasher was not draining. We called the store and we were connected to a lady that obviously knew what she was doing. She said she would take down our information and have an appliance specialist give us a call. The man in that department called us back quickly and began to review our options. He understood that it needed to be in stock and since it was in a rental apartment, could not be very costly. He gave us many options which we reviewed on the Depot web site. So easy to use and so helpful! We promised to come in the next day. We did, and had a great experience. He showed us the pluses of all the models and we began to understand the differences. The old saying of, "You get what you pay for.", was evident. It may be a rental, but certain dishwashers do better on plates that are not rinsed, have filters that do not need cleaning and racks that accommodate more dishes. He basically "designed" a dishwasher for us. Yes, we upgraded, but happily so. Then he explained the promotions and sales in the store. We got an upgrade for that "cheap" price. WOW! We will never shop anywhere else for appliances.

We were looking for kitchen cabinet vinyl "bumpers". The ones that keep the doors from slamming. We went to the kitchen design center and asked if they had them. The lady at the desk said, "Can you hang on a minute?" and left. Three minutes later she was back with several different packets of them. They are $2.97, but she acted like we were buying gold bathroom fixtures. You could not ask for better!

Great service and competitive prices in the appliance department. I have also had much luck at this store in the past when purchasing tiles for remodelling a condo. The service associates have been extremely friendly and helpful and have made my shopping experiences very pleasant compared to other competitors.

The associates were fantastic in helping us choose laminate flooring. They were efficient in ordering all the materials needed, arranging for a measure and installation. We are extremely satisfied with our new floor.

I was ordering custom shades, I would not recommend this store for that. My experience was terrible. I had to wait over an hour for an associate, they lost my order for measuring, they never returned a phone call, and when I went to pick them up they couldn't find them and I waited another hour

The store is always clean and the Associates are always a pleasure to deal with. Always making sure you are finding what you need and offering suggestions when asked for technical help. I always find what I am looking for even if I don't know where it is, someone is always around the corner to help guide me or even take me to the correct department for my purchases. Always greeted with a smile an a helping hand wouldn't go anywhere else for my household needs. A Fun Place to be!!

the workers are helpful, clean store, good products. Discount for contractors is a MUSS, should be brought back, Contractors buy a lot of products and should be rewarded. NOT with GAS coupons. BRING THE CONTRACTOR DISCOUNT BACK. Thanks, Coast Force, Inc.

The service and knowledge in the paint department is second to none. We had a tiny chip of paint that was 43 years old. We needed to match it exactly for the outside of our condo. Chris (in the paint dept.) asked if we needed help. He has worked with us before to match a paint that was already on a wall. What he mixed for us was a perfect match. We were in total shock when he walked up to the Rustoleum and handed us a can. He said that this is the "standard" brown condo color on window frames. He then explained that we would also need "auto primer". In three minutes we were set and out the door. Price - $14.00. Wow and wow.

Barbara, Applicances Specialist was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Kudos to Barbara for her expertise and selling us on our new refrigerator!

A young gentle man (in lighting and ceiling fans) was most helpful and willing to go beyond to make my purchase of a dining room fixture pleasant. He found the fixture that I saw on line-got it down from the top shelf and didn't get upset when I didn't like it. When we found one that I wanted, he took me and my find to search for the bulbs I wanted. He opened the carton to make sure the size of the bulb's bottom was the correct one.
