    Home Depot is poorly staffed and run
    Had little or no support upon inquiry with multiple home depot staff on the floor to find a product in Pluming. After about 5 individuals and being misdirected to the incorrect aisle found out that they did not have the item. Found the item at Ace Hardward. Lines too long at customer service, need more cashiers. Also, items not marked so when you go to check out the cashier can ring you up.

      I need to replace horizontal blinds and had a lot of questions. I was well taken care of and all questions answered. I am awaiting the person to call who does an official measuring and sends the order. I’m excited!

            Appliance delivery and installation
            We spent $4080.00 on new appliances. The delivery crew arrived. Unboxed all appliances outside in the street. They installed the washer & dryer, fridge and stove. Refused to install the micro due to tile and dishwasher due to angled sink. They called there boss on the dishes washer. They handed their phone to my husband and said someone else would come on Monday today to install but it is up to us on the micro. The two appliances are sitting in my living room. Today is the day for the dw install and no one shows I call the appliance hot line and I was told not on the books. The person my husband spoke with on the phone was a supervisor. After 40 min on the phone we are now rescheduled for wed 1 to 5pm micro is Friday. What a nightmare and appliances don't work when they are sitting in the living room

                  I couldn't ask for better customer service. We had an equipment problem and were getting a horrible runaround from the manufacturer and their "service" centers. After hours of phone calls and getting nowhere but mad, we took it back to Home Depot. The Customer service associate, John listened thoughtfully, then involved the store manager. Problem solved. This store manager went out on a limb, refunding our money knowing that they would have to get reimbursed by the manufacturer. They totally stepped up, took the high road, listened and understood our problem and made it their own. Customer service? That's how it's done.

The customer service reps, both Kyrstal and Andrea, were GREAT! The Asst Store Manager, April, and Acting Store Manager, Bahram were HORRIBLE. It literally took them :30 and :45 minutes to even come to the desk to talk to us. My husband proposed the solution to both of them. Bahram actually walked away, while my husband was still speaking, after saying "this is the way it is". When April finally showed up all she did was listen to my husbands solution and say 'ok, let's do that'. Management was unavailable to the customer service reps and then extremely rude to the customers. Neither manager gave any greeting to us much less a 'sorry there is this problem'. NO sense of "Satisfaction Guaranteed", as is the Home Depot slogan, from either of the managers. Home Depot needs to be made aware of their horrible representation of their company by "leadership"! Seriously want to offer the customer service reps jobs at our company because they don't need the abuse they have to take because their management gives them no support. Really, this was the worst experience at any Home Depot I've every had!!!
