An employee guided to the water valves needed. Another employee demonstrated the proper way to install a Shark bite water valve. Everything was in stock that I needed.

Very helpful. Management is great and ready to help. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have gone to this store on 3 separate times looking for items that said the store had them and they didn’t

There is never anyone available to assist with even a question. When you do find someone, they don't have a clue.

I have been shopping at home depot since 1997.

After 3 months of trying to order 1 upper kitchen cabinet, I’m still waiting. I should have gone elsewhere because the “designer” can’t get it ordered. Insane. I will go somewhere else next time and so should you.

I was in store looking for outdoor rug cut to size for me 5 staff greeted me but none worked flooring , they paged flooring 4 times no one ever came 15 Minutes , so I left .. Very Disappointed ..

While this store is not as big as some others I find it very sufficient in meeting my needs. More than that it is located in south Naples and is convenient for residents living south of the store. On Airport Rd. it is easy to get to and has less traffic to battle.

Self check out is the only way to pay. Terrible. Much better service at Ace

This Home Depot is enough for me to be happy to pay more and receive quality service at Sunshine Ace.

Two major criticisms …. You never answer the phone, you put me on hold forever. You transfer my phone to the wrong areaAND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I CONSTANTLY , IN STORE, ALWAYS GET MISDIRECTED WHEN LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT…. Causing my shopper trip to take forever. The only reason I shop at HD is your return policy and military discount

Found everything I needed! had to do two purchases the cashier Sammy very friendly and helped me ring up my items and made it easy for me.

It has been a terrible experience. Everytime I visit this store it is getting worse and worse. Spanish lady that is working in the section didn't want to help at all. I waited over 20 minutes for help. She was keep saying un momento un momento. Her name is either Miriam or illiana or something like this. It has been the worse experience ever. I scan the code for 3 times asking for help. Noone arrived. Then I asked for the cashier and she announced it. She was nice. But still noone came to help. I hunted a employee all the way at the end of the other corner to help me. Why do you want to hire an employee if they don't want to assist or help? Why would you employee and employees who don't want to woek. You can see on the camera. I arrived at the store at around 7:15am and left almost 8am. I have been waiting in front of the tool section for 40 minutes. Terrible store.

I find the product not lasting no matter how much you pay. I.e. My refrigerator cost me several thousand dollars and the stainless steel is pitting. Who do you go to. No support from Home Depot and you get a run around from the manufacture. I also purchased a high-end kitchen faucet. Cost me hundreds. I am lucky I got two years out of it.

After more then 30 years expending thousands of dollars in Home Depot ( Davis Boulevard Naples Fl) I have been humiliated very load by this employee who has making the clients to insulting me loud . Horrible experience I never had in my entire life. I’m a member of a Port Royal Club of Naples I’m used to seeing respect and treat others as I want to be treat. I was asking her to help me with a replacement of an inside box damaged product , I didn’t wanted to open other big boxes looking for a good one to take home. She start screening load for a better language speaking person, insulting me, and making clients to think that something was wrong against her…people screaming at me from distance without knowing what’s happening. That employee should not be working in Home Depot.

Poor customer service, checkout is a mess. Stuff all over the place no organization. Homeless people in the parking lot, kind of scary!

Self check out is now the only option. I won't be visiting this store any more.

Had several stainless steel water lines in many sizes. Home Depot carries the smaller items in stock that other big box stores don’t. I bought a lower priced item but then bought a higher priced item while I was in there.

They gave me an appointment time 9-1 with 30 call ahead. Nobody showed up and nobody called.

The South Naples Airport and Davis Home Depot is outstanding! The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any project or question. I was particularly impressed by their Landscaping and garden selection and the competitive prices. The customer service is top-notch, from the moment you walk in to the quick and smooth checkout process. Highly recommend!

my recent trip to HD yesterday 8/24/24 resulted in me wasting almost an extra half an hour due to three employees giving me totally wrong directions to what i was looking for. none of them knew where anything was and had poor attitudes !

I am almost a daily customer at this store. One outstanding employee comes to mind. His name is Rod. He really knows his stuff, and ALWAYS make you feel welcomed. He thanks people for coming in today. A true asset to your company.

I frequent this store daily, everyone is courteous and always serve my needs.

If you have nothing else to do all day then go to Home Depot so you can wait in line forever to cash out.

Had a terrible experience at this HD. No one in the store seemed to know how to practice good customer service.

Sabrina was able to help locate a dehumidifier for one of my rental locations that was experiencing a significant humidity issue. There was one unit left of a 50 pint variant that we needed to get our tenant into a livable environment with a built in pump. She not only went out of her way to locate the unit (stored on the highest storage rack) but also was able to operate the fork lift and retrieve the unit for us. She saved us a significant amount of headache, quickly and professionally!

Jeffry the head cashier helped make my shopping experience a smooth one by helping me out on finding the items I was looking for & assisting with checkout towards the end.

Everyone in the store was very courteous , and helpful. They went the extra mile in looking for what I needed

Men’s restroom is horrifyingly filthy. Checkout poorly staffed yet there are 5-9 people working/hovering around Customer Service Desk.
