Great customer service!!
I visited the site as I usually do to collect job materials and I left with a good attitude and vibe for the day because the cashier Alicia was super friendly, helpful, and smiling and you can't help but leave smiling as well.. thanks Alicia!!

    Replacing an electrical device from many years ago
    After 15 years a remote control "clicker" broke down and I had no idea if I could replace it. It was easy to find at Home Depot, and it was very reasonably priced.

      The manager Jason was amazing! That smile!
      We have never been impressed with service at the Southlake store, but we approached a fine gentleman Jason and his apron said he was a manager. Let me tell you, he had this huge smile on his face and gave us the best customer service we have had at any retail company in a long time! As we were shopping we noticed he had the same smile talking to other customers and co workers. We never leave reviews but to get this type of customer service is unheard of now a days! We look forward asking for him with our next visit!

        Great customer service and accommodations
        The managers, Amanda and Kim, listened and addressed my issues promptly and took care of me. I can’t say the same for the Flower Mound location. When i asked to speak to the manager there, she never came. Im glad I called SLK for assistance.

          Horrible customer service agents at the pro desk
          Gabby and the manager Kim at the pro desk are horrible in customer service. They will walk out after they can’t give you a good reason about price match. Always conflicting in their response and plain simple rude. Told me to use self check out without asking why I was at the desk. I told her I was sent by the self checkout agents. Plain and simple disregard of customers. This is the new Home Depot it has never been that bad.

              Communication requires listening not assuming.
              I now know I was looking for hose coupler. I was sent to aisle 29. Julian found a photo of it on his app & sent me to aisle 55. 1/2 way there Kim, a front-end manager, asked me if I found everything I was looking for. I told her no. She let me tell her half of what I was trying to describe and told me I would have to go with her outside to Garden Nursery. I kept trying to tell her I wanted to connect a washing machine hose with a garden sprayer gun. She was becoming more and more agitated but still not listening to me. She took me to #18 & showed me garden sprayer guns. With a dramatic flourish she told me I would be able to find what I needed here. When I told her I do not need a garden sprayer gun she got angry and told me that that is what I had asked for. I made the statement that she was not listening to me. I was speaking English. Let the main drama event begin! She made faces, she stamped her feet, huffed, puffed, twirled her body, & tried to tell me that she heard exactly what I said. I asked her if I could get some more help somewhere else. She went to another employee stamping all the way and spun her back to me while complaining in huge stage Whispers. & again at paint dept. & again on front line. DRENCHED in the most nauseating cologne, she hovered to prevent me complaining. What a child!
