This Home Depot is always clean, well-stocked, and has great service. Every project that we complete in our home, we go to Home Depot as the workers can truly provide advice with the project, recommend products, and overall know what they are talking about. If I stop a worker that doesn't know, they find me someone who is familiar with that type of work. Speaking to employees that know what they are talking about is amazing. We truly love visiting this Home Depot.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Great people that are managed by a great leader in Joe!

Such a great team at this location! All members are hands-on-deck and ready to assist at any given moment. This location is well staffed, well stocked, and everyone is friendly and personable. Josh goes above and beyond to assist his customers and ensures they receive all they need before leaving. Great work!

If you need appliances, flooring, blinds, paint or anything else, please come to the Southport Home Depot and ask for Gen Torres in the appliance department, she is very knowledgeable, cheerful and will ensure you have a pleasant and worry free experience.

We recently stopped in and purchased all new kitchen appliances (we went with Samsung). Our salesperson, Frank did an awesome job of helping us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was able to answer every question we had, shared additional information we did not know and made the whole ordeal seamless. I would highly recommend Home Depot as your first stop when looking to upgrade appliances, and recommend asking for Frank!

I looked online for what I needed, found the aisle and bay numbers, we found it exactly where it said it was.

I have only one hand & needed assistance loading 12' lumber from the 2nd shelf. No help available. Management & Staff used to be the absolute best under Josh Libby. New Management & assistance is rarely seen or available.

Amandeep at the customer service counter is amazing! I was in a financial pickle, where I had extra supplies from a project that I no longer needed but unfortunately didn’t have the receipt. Amandeep helped me out in a professional, timely, and understanding manner and was able to supply store credit. Because she was so helpful and delivered excellent customer service, I’ll absolutely be back to this Home Depot for future projects. Thank you so much, Amandeep!

Requested help loading a purchase on my trailer, nobody showed up until after I loaded 12 of the bags of mulch, after honking horn and flashing lights over 5 minutes. I purchased 30 bags. I am a senior citizen with health issues as well, and I stopped loading because of my health issues. Very Poor. If I could rate _5 Stars I would

Super clean and organized. Everyone employee was accommodating. I hade my two young sons with me and everyone was so kind.

I Have had to make two returns the past week, last one being today a Blackstone grill that was damaged upon delivery. The customer service team is absolutely wonderful taking the time to see that my return was handled and to reorder the product for me. Thank you Home Depot for the great associates not only behind the desk but on the floor as well. Home Depot is my number one go to for all my needs.

Told they had 5 lawnmowers in stock (online and at the store) so we ordered one. Made a delivery date and then 2 days later we are told now they can’t get it delivered until later in the week. No one will explain the problem. VERY FRUSTRATING!

We had to as different employees where certain items were. Everyone were asked showed or directed us to where we needed to go without any hesitation. Checkout was very pleasant also.

We just went to look at carpet and had another company coming to give us carpet but after talking with Loyola we changed our mind. This lady was so kind and helpful. She was very patient and addressed all our questions with the greatest professionalism!

Had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, best in a long time or at any home improvement store.

Every time I come in to this Home Depot, every person I come across seems eager to help, always asking if I need help with anything. I generally don’t, since I’ve already looked it up online as to where the location of the items I’m looking for are, but it’s always nice to know that they’re willing.

I visited this store today after leaving Lowe’s, realizing they did not have Apple Pay. To my surprise, Home Depot did not have Apple Pay as well. Amandeep saved me from having to go home to get my purse (that I had to forgotten at home) and manually checked me out with my card number I keep saved in my phone. Her service saved me from visiting a different store that is closer to my home. Thank you Amandeep for saving me time and resources!

Home Depot has been great to deal with, and the customer service especially a lady named Gina was awesome.

Took 20 minutes in an empty store for someone to finally come and help get a tool. Employee came and didn't have the correct key for the lock and had to wait another 3 mins for him to finally get us the tool.

The staff could not be friendlier, wonderful place to shop.
