I've been shopping here for years but this week made me a lifer after forgetting my phone at Customer Service and they kept it safe for me until I could get it back. The way the world is today, this truly surprised me, and I felt extremely valued as a customer. Thank you so much to the ladies who saved me from sooo much heartache, money, and time that would've taken to fix my mistake (oh and also for the awesome lifeproof bath floor yikes as well). I'll always be grateful

I have shopped at this store many times and always find helpful advice and tips.

I came in recently to purchase a chainsaw. I found the product at a local competitor for less. I asked the manager if he would be able to match the price. He said that he would and I was able to walk out the door instead of having to go to multiple locations. It's because of service like this that Southport Rd Home Depot is always my first choice.

The manager and sell associate were great during the whole process of purchase . Professional knowledgeable kind great experience.

This store always has the best people who work there

The Manards right across the street has a much better selection than this Home Depot.

I purchased an entire kitchen of appliances and the salesman was wonderful but the delivery which is done by an outside service was horrible and the store doesn’t care to discuss it with you or help you at all. You must call the delivery service and figure it out for yourself and it is disgraceful that once they sell something they don’t ever want to be bothered with you again and I will never shop there again

We furnished our entire new build home with products all from the Home Depot. Ceiling fans, appliances, paint for the home, water softener, etc... We believe we not only got the best prices but best quality and value. When we weren't sure on something, we had the confidence the staff was there to guide us on every purchase. Their product knowledge and recommendations made our home building experience positive. The staffs constant smiles and greetings always made us feel appreciated and not just as a customer.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, my 20 year old water valves were leaking and I was dreading the job because…. I’m not a plumber. So I run to HD and was looking around the plumbing section when a friendly older gentleman name Mark asked if I needed any help. I sheepishly said yes and told him my issue, he said c’mon I got just what you need, within 60 seconds I had in my hands the supplies and tools to fix my plumbing leak! Mark was awesome and I so grateful for his knowledge and helpful attitude. That’s what makes HD stand out, employees that are knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Mark and HD. I saved prob $300 by fixing that myself

I’m a do-it-yourself. This Home Depot is usually well stocked and I can find what I need. Many of the staff are knowledgeable and are able to assist me if needed. Prices are fair. The return policy is good.

Hard to find location of item shown on web app, and the store map would not come up when I clicked on it after finding the item I needed.

Barry is a great employee , helpful,knowledgeable,friendly,helped loading my stuff up. Wish your store had more employees like him.

I've been in this store 2 times, and both times Barry has provided the guidance I needed on finding stuff in a new and large store. Hazel was also very kind at checkout!

I bought this refrigerator with LED light in the surface and the handler was super modern and the overall design was my ideal design.

I love shopping here. You can order online and p/u or have it delivered.....usually for free. They have helpful knowledgeable staff who are super friendly too. I used to think they were pricier but these days they are competitive. They sell good stuff!

I ordered a fence with the help of RJ Turner at the ProHelp Desk. What a phenomenal employee He helped me select the right amount of material, helped with logistics and stayed in constant communication the entire time. RJ Turner made this an experience that will bring me back to this exact store for future orders.

Went to grab a few things and as soon as we walked in Denise greeted us and she helped us find everything we came in for!

I had a very good buying experience and especially wanted to recognize personnel at the service desk. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I only shop at this home depot location because of how amazing te staff is. Brittany is by far the best and most helpful employee I have ever encountered at a home depot location. She is literally the reason I will not shop at other locations. She is an amazing home depot employee and home depot is lucky to have such a great person as part of their staff. Thank. You again Brittany I am grateful for everything you do.

Denise assisted me with exactly what I needed. She was friendly and helpful. It’s becoming rare to find employees who genuinely go out of their way to be helpful these days, so Denise made a great impression and represented Home Depot well. Go see Denise!

Naomi was great and other employees were friendly much more than Greenwood plus lots of stock

Went in to buy a pellet smoker and was using multiple forms of payment (gift cards, cash, etc..) I knew this would be a bit of a pain for the associates but everyone through the entire process was very friendly and helpful. Great experience
