Hello, the Spring Valley store is exceptional. They have great customer service, the isles are obstruction free and the employees or dynamite. I really recommend the store. Also I bought some solar lights. Those lights are everything that they describe that they would be. I am so pleased with my purchase. I’m so happy that I got them. Thank you.

Lillkian George was truly outstanding assisting us with a refrigertor purchase in the Houston Spring Valley Store, extremely knowledgeable, accuratem and helpful. We were going to buy online, maybe elsewhere, but she helped us to make a better purchase in the store with her superior service.

Tyrone and William provide excellent customer service. I've been shopping at the Spring Valley HD for over 12 months now on a commercial project and have used the Pro Desk many times - they're always friendly and willing to assist. Great assets to the HD brand.

On February 15th, my mother and I experienced customer service that went above and beyond the norm when visiting a store. My mother utilizes a walker, and in my focus ensuring her comfort, I neglected to get a shopping cart. Recognizing a need for a cart, Mary Cruz personally retrieved one and pushed it for us throughout the rest of our shopping trip. This allowed me to focus on my mother while Mary Cruz expertly guided us. She helped us find a bulb and photocell for an exterior barn light, a premium allergen electrostatic air filter (explaining the different options available), and ant bait. After ensuring we had everything we needed, Mary Cruz escorted us to the checkout and personally rang us up. Mary Cruz's kindness, radiant smile, and respectful demeanor, professionalism were truly impressive. Thank you Mary Cruz. You are a shiny star and an example of what extraordinary customer service can be.

Female employee stopped to ask if I needed help after she saw my puzzled look. She was not hurried, pleasant, and helpful. Check out was also good. The returns counter allowed me to do a return and purchase at the same counter. My experience at this store is always good.

I go to this Home Depot 2-3 times a week, I always need something, sometimes I stroll the isles because the music is so good. It’s my local HD, and I think one of the best!!

This Home Depot always seems to be clean and not to overrun with people .. service is good, and they usually have what I need ... only issue I've really had is availability of PVC fittings, or it might be that they are in the store, but not out on the shopping racks ... people are nice ... hopefully prices will be going back to normal soon.

I have multiple experiences . Some of the experiences have been outstanding; others not so good.

I always encounter friendly staff, a clean and organized store, and fun! Even when I rush in for a needed purchase, I take my time to look at floor sales items, NEW convenience items, and, my “One Day Soon” wish list items. I also like this location for the neighboring retail, service, and restaurant companies. A bonus: I feel safe coming to this location.

I enjoy shopping for materials here. People are nice and I always get good deals.
