I registered a complaint about this store last November and quit shopping there. Recently I needed something in a hurry and went there instead of another place. I was pleasantly surprised to find that every complaint I has before has been addressed and corrected. The place is clean now and customer service is great.

in the store there were employees on cell phones at the front

I love Home Depot, it is like going somewhere and enjoying the afternoon, just walking down the aisles to see what is new and what I just can't do without.. I usually make an afternoon of it, just seeing what is new and improved. I use it as my destress afternoon.

barricades on isle i needed to get things or ladders blocking isle ,merchandise lying on floors carts not available or left blocking isles no merchandise accessible with out help and good luck with that.

MATERIAL HAD BEEN REARRANGED FROM PREVIOUS VISIT, BUT WAS EASY ENOUGH TO FIND

i came here to get a special key copied and was satisfied with the service

Every time I go to this store its easy to find the material that i need.

I like Home Deport as the prices are fair, the stores are well organized and clean. In addition, the attendants are willing to help if needed.

The associates on board worked hard collaborating with me on a new project to refinish a dresser and vanity with an aged look and backsplash mosaic tile for the top surface. I worked with a total of seven members of the staff, at one point three at once, and they all were very kind and knowledgeble. What I liked most was when I happened to ask a question of someone in a department for which my question could not be answered, I was not sent packing... they escorted me directly to the next person and assisted in our communication. Each member knew who was there and what knowledge they had in store for my project! Outstanding training and customer service skills all around!

The negative reviews were based on this particular experience, every other time I've been to Home Depot it has been a great experience. The cashier at the Garden Center was not educated on what the differences in pavers, rumble stone traps, caplimes etc. I'm going to be honest if I didn't work in construction I would not know the difference either. After she called another associate over to try to figure out which stone costed what and the fail of that, I then asked if I should go back around to get the prices. After 5 minutes of that I returned with the name and the price and she said to me oh you didn't get the SKU number? The person in front of me was checking out for about 20 minutes. I received help from a very nice young gentleman in loading my car which was greatly appreaciated since that was the only help I received.

Throughout my 3 hour journey at Home Depot, I was asked by numerous employees if I needed any help, and if I said no they said okay just let us know and walked away. I was not hassled into buying anything or signing up for anything, and being a female in a "man's store" I was expecting that. Etta was the cashier who helped me and made sure I did not have to lift anything heavy, made sure things were securely bagged and made sure I was all set. She asked me if I wanted to sign up for a credit card and I said yes without hesitation. After this experience I know I will be coming back!!!

I go to this store almost everyday for something, I always have no trouble finding what I need and seem to always get friendly help.

I was looking for products I was not familiar with and need help from associates. Received it ten fold.

Having purchased residential cabinets numerous times the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I would recommend Home Depot to all of my friends the prices were reasonable and they helped me make final decisions that I had no idea what to pick with there background help it helped me a lot.

Everytime I go to the store, I get everything that I need.

Charlie in flooring was so helpful. Did a lot of homework in looking for the blinds I wanted. Called me to update me through the process. Great service

This store is always clean and neat; the isles are usually clear (important as I'm handicapped). I am usually able to find things on my own, however, when I can't the staff are very helpful in locating what I need, helping me reach what I cannot and basic instructions when I have questions, etc.
