Best customer service i've had in a Home Depot. I give the visit a 100.

I was pleased with the arrangements of products and the ease to get these products

This store is always clean and neat; the isles are usually clear (important as I'm handicapped). I am usually able to find things on my own, however, when I can't the staff are very helpful in locating what I need, helping me reach what I cannot and basic instructions when I have questions, etc.

Every time i come to this location I know I'm going to find what i need. The associates will greet you in and out of the store. Very friendly and attentive.

While the problem falls back on Home Depot, the review is not of Home Depot, but instead Rockwood Shutters.. Rockwood is a partner of Home Depot, who handles custom window shutters I have been having difficulty ordering Rockwood Shutters. I have purchased other window treatments from Rockwood in the past and did not have the problems I am experiencing now. Rockwood Shutters offer a great product, which is evident since I have gone through this much effort to make a purchase. When contacting Rockwood, the customer associate on the phone is quite nice, and they try their best to assist . However, they must forward the request to a sales person. This is where the trouble lies, since the sales person is apparently too busy to return calls. Waiting three weeks and making multiple calls requesting assistance is not what I consider acceptable customer service. Still waiting on return call to place order!!!!!!!!

We love this Home Depot. We generally receive good service, but in this particular visit, Don, in the painting department, gave us very informative tips to painting our new house and pointing us in the right direction for our project. He was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend going to this location and speaking with him for you next painting project.

As I have highlighted it previously, at your store I can always find on display and in stock what I need. Personally I have always considered it The Best Home Depot even when I randomly buy in another two locations 6800 Katy Freeway store has a unique touch of camaraderie and readiness to helping customers, ... that makes me feel comfortable and willing to call back again soon. Associate was not available so had to wait a long time to do my purchase. Overall, I like shopping at Home Depot but had some issues at this store. I do plan to go back and give them another try in the near future

I went in for paint, it was easy to find and the associate was SO nice to us! He made it such an easy shopping experience. I'm very happy

So I went to the store to pick up a few extra items needed to paint a bedroom and bathroom. I decided to look at some color options (because I can't NOT look at all the pretty colors). One paint sales associate showed me the fun new "computer" that shows you how your paint choices might look in the type of room you are working on and how to use it. That added about 10 minutes to my trip (being fascinated with it). A few minutes later, when I was back on track, another associate helped me choose what kind of primer I needed and such. He was super helpful and knowledgable about everything and had me on my way in no time. As for the rest of the store, all of the employees were helpful and smiled while greeting you. It was a nice experience overall and I feel confident that my painting project is going to go well. How could it not, with such helpful advice? (Besides the fact that I'm clumsy of course).

I went there specifically to check out fluorescent lighting options for a house I recently moved into. I love all the variety available at Home Depot and especially like how a whole aisle is dedicated to actual, powered-up & running light fixtures. Today, however, at least a half dozen of these fixtures had bulbs that were failing or ballasts that were failing or dead. Dim fluorescent bulbs with dark ends (indicating near end-of-life) were in some fixtures, and some fixtures had mixtures of cool white and warm white bulbs in them.

Jim is a super kind, patient & helpful associate! He made the experience very pleasant. This is the cleanest Home Depot I've ever visited!

Attended a drywall repair session and the knowledge and ability to teach hands on demo was great.

you have many people working stocking the shelves but one cashier. We and other customers had to wait 20 minutes to check out

There was someone ready to help me in every department. two different associates even recommended similar items to the ones i was purchasing that were on clearance! I saved money and was in and out in no time on a weekend! Great Customer Service!

When looking for corner brackets to build flower boxes with, the only one's I could find were to large and heavy for my use. Knowing that the brackets had to be some where in the store, I went to the Pro desk and asked the associate where could I find these brackets. Not only did he tell me, he got up and led me to them and then discussed with me the application I had in mind for there use. He suggested a different bracket and gave me the reason for the suggestion. Following his suggestion when I returned home, the box assembly went smooth and I was done in half the time I allotted for the work. Seeing him on my next visit, I told him what transpired and thanked him for the suggestion at which he smiled and said, "We Try Harder" then turned and went to help another person.

I was happy with the assistance from an associate.
