Young lady helped me order samples online and she has helped me in the past with paint also. Wish I could remember her name - she is wonderful!

Here's my review - shopping at the store was just fine. The part that I don't like is that now I'm going steady with Home Depot and we have to share feedback every day. They won't leave me alone. If you want to just shop at a store and not be bothered I definitely wouldn't recomment Home Depot.

Wade is my favorite tool guy, always helps with questions I have. Hrs never afraid to take me to another area and shoe me what I need for a project.

The Home Depot in Waite Park is horrible when you need to find an employee to help. It almost seems as though they hide from customers. When I am able to find someone by searching several isles, they are barely knowledgeable of the items for sale and have to refer to their phones to search for the item. Extremely frustrating as a contractor when looking for materials.

Whenever I have questions, the employee will either know the answer or will look it up for me. They never have an issue helping customers. The employees are the reason I shop here.

Knowledge of associates is hit or miss.

If you speak to someone in plumbing and ask about which tool to use for the project. They knew exactly which isle in the tool section to send you too. There was no wandering around looking. Just in and out! Couldn’t ask for better service!

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Have always liked Home Depot. Love their plant selection year round. I'm always happy to go look around!

Because they don’t have the exact same husky C clamp that broke on me they said there’s nothing they can do besides throw it away for me. Screw Home Depot’s and they husky tool guaranteed

Customer service was lacking in the past but boy howdy have they upped there game. The staff is friendly and helpful. Used to be you couldn't find anybody...not anymore! Love shopping there now.

Evan B. efficiently helped me find a replacement Ryobi battery pack for my hedge trimmer. He was knowledgeable, professional and took the extra step to make sure my battery charger was not the issue. All of this was done in a personable way with a great sense of humor. Look up Evan if you need something in hardware.

We were in to buy paint and asked man at desk question and he was very unfriendly and felt like was bothering him. He did not listen to what we asked for when getting paint.

Megan at the service desk is always amazing at her job! I am a supervisor for a property management company and I always bring her random returns from all our leftovers that we don't use on jobs, she always does a great job and is one of the fastest employees there so it usually goes quick.

Great selection of lighting fixtures displayed beautifully.

We found everything we needed for a bathroom renovation with the help of the employees at the St. Cloud location. Great help within each department and excellent help getting us signed up for the veterans discount.

I had some recent problems with two special ordered toilets that arrived broken and problem with a refund. Pam and Shawn went above and beyond to help me resolve these issues, they were kind, considerate and caring, expedited process, helped me problem solve and called me back when I called the store. They really made a difference for me and have wonderful customer service skills. They were both knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated all they did to help me.
