Overall nothing is wrong however make sure to check ur receipt before leaving coz looks like they have new cashier and charged me double with my item.

Bought two heavy tool chest and they did all the work to load them in my truck. What relief still had to unload but half the job easy!!! Too bad I could not get them to unload😀

It's only been installed for a little over a day, but so far, I LOVE IT!!! In spite of being a few cubic feet larger than the one it replaced, it fits perfectly in the same space, looks beautiful, works perfectly (so far) & unlike the one it replaced, it's super quiet. The only things I don't like about it are the same things I don't like about ALL current appliances, which is that there are TOO many plastic parts that look like they might break & it was too expensive. But, hello, it's 2022, it is what it is & I'm really HAPPY with this purchase!!!

More helpful and knowledgeable than other major stoes!!

I went to the store to pick up some items, and was told they are only available through the on-line store. I am old fashioned and want to see and touch items so I can feel the quality of items, not everything can or should be an on-line transaction

I always find some great deal in one of the aisle displays. Every question, whether about a product, a tool, or a technique always get a fast, helpful answer.

We came in this past weekend to purchase new appliances. Sales Associate Alec Miller did a fantastic job answering any questions we had regarding the appliances you had to choose from in-store and narrowing down to our final decision.

Recently I called the Lumber department of The Home Depot (#2811 Waite Park, MN) to ask about plywood. I received prompt, concise information and made a trip to the store. Once there, I realized I needed more guidance on selecting the best choice of plywood for my project. The same gentleman who answered my phone call assisted me very ably. He was professional and direct, giving useful information helpful to the project. With my little project drawing specifying cuts in hand, another gentleman patiently and precisely cut the board as I asked, checking with me as he went to make sure I was leaving with what I wanted. I marveled at the service I received start to finish and am most grateful. As an older woman with lots of DIY ideas but very limited skill, I value this sort of non-judgmental, respectful engagement.
