This past weekend I bought three 2.5" succulents because they were advertised as 3 for $10.00. They did not ring up at that price however, and I didn't notice until I got home. Today I returned to the store and even though the same sign was still hanging, I was not able to get the sale price honored. In frustration I ended up returning EVERYTHING. Make sure you watch the price advertised vs. what you are paying, and if it's not right protest at time of payment. Their customer service was not helpful.

I had the best experience purchasing an appliance at this Home Depot, due to the outstanding customer service I received. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and determined to help me find what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The key-making machine worked great. It was quite a leap to use it as you just stick your key in a slot, it figures out what type of key and how to grind it. When the key pops out it has a barcode sticker on it that properly prices the results.

I always find what I need and everyone is so helpful and friendly.

Beth at the St. Louis Park store made me rethink my general dislike of national stores by making this big store feel like a small store experience. From her knowledge, to friendliness (including to my 6 year old!) and knowhow, Beth was exceptional. Thank you, Beth!

Dan Barton was extremely helpful. Inspected our product before taking it to cashiers. The packaging looked like it had been open/retaped. We spent $500 and the experience with associates was awesome.

Strip bent, unable to remove glue, dented, screw broke off and not removed. Good installers but need store to supply what they need.

Fantastic product knowledge and price checking for me at the pro center. This finished garage is going to look great and this staff gave me the courage to do it and tips to do it.

I am a bit if a hardware store junkie and the SLP Home Depot is my idea of the perfect place to browse imagining home improvement projects. The busy but never too busy to answer a question employees are great too. Not every big store has knowledgeable employees. Home Depot does. Kudos especially to the young man in flooring.

I visited the St Louis Park store earlier this week. As I made my way through the store, I was asked by every associate that I came across if I needed help! I was greeted by each one and asked if I found everything that I needed or if I had any questions. It was a very pleasant experience and I did indeed need help twice with finding what I was looking for. I later called the manager and told her “well done” and that her team was really going above and beyond. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this location!

Came in to replace a few plants I had sadly neglected (oops), and ended up grabbing some supplies for a weird wet smell coming from my bathroom—baking soda, vinegar, mildew remover, the works. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so helpful. Multiple people asked if I needed anything—not in a pushy way, just genuinely kind and attentive. A few even knew exactly where things were without having to look it up, which was super impressive. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and honestly kind of fun. Five stars for the friendly team, well-stocked aisles, and making what could’ve been a chore feel like a win.

I stop in to get some mulch and saw a plant I wanted. The person at the check out call for someone to bring me 10 bags of mulch and I paid for that and the plant. Everyone was so helpful. They even loaded the bags in the car for me. Love going to this store.

Purchased a gas grill. C/S Jose was pleasant and helpful with my purchase. He took the time to take me to the display and answered my questions. Very easy purchase as well as his recommend for accessories!

I shop at this Home Depot regularly but don’t shop for large projects here anymore. My kitchen remodel with them was less than ideal. Problems happen when you remodel, but there are usually solutions. No one would help, even contact me. One issue was the pricing of the granite countertops-I prepaid for a high tier one but found a lesser one I really liked. They would not credit me the difference! This was a significant amount of money. This was my second kitchen and they had NO problem upcharging me when I found a more expensive one. There were other issues to be expected-my problem was the lack of communication available along with no effort to resolve any issues.

Tiffany is an outstanding Manager for this store. Our delivery order had missing items. I called the store and spoke with Tiffany. She located the missing items and made sure they were available when we came to pick them up. She had excellent follow through and sincere communication through a couple mix ups. Outstanding employee!! Thank you Tiffany for your professionalism, it meant a lot to our family.

I was there looking for plants and therewere a table of plants marked at 6.88 and when I went to pay not all of them rang up at that price. I told the cashier and he insisted that I go take a picture and show him proof and I did that. He still didn’t give them to me for that price. I purchased all 3 anyway, I really liked them. Well he thought he didn’t charge me for all three until the proof was on the receipt that he stared at for about 2 minutes. Also he didn’t even apologize for assuming I didn’t purchase all 3 plants!

Both Terry and Kathy helped me and they're both GREAT! I do wish the 10% Veteran discount applied to special order items as well as what is in stock.

Time after time HD screws up either my data or their data on my behalf. You guys are totally incompetent and can no longer be trusted with my data. You’re done.

My son who is Plumber . sent me the parts to buy over phone from your web site .was able to go into store and pickup parts fast work out great

Purchased an appliance that was dropped on it's side on my doorstep. The store made somewhat of an attempt to help bringing out a new one. Left it in my dining room and stained my carpet. Only offered me a discount at their store on their cleaning machine to clean up their mess by myself. Manager never even bothered to return more callor follow up. I won't shop here again soon! Purchased another appliance from a competitor and had seamless delivery.

I had a terrible experience getting a dishwasher I had purchased and had installed by this Home Depot less than a year ago. They gave me the runaround for several days and finally said they couldn't find anyone to fix it so I would have to find someone on my own. They gave me a credit on my account, but it was still inconvenient to say the least - not to mention that the repair was necessary because of the way the dishwasher had originally been installed.
