I stopped at the HD in SLP to purchase a toilet and get installation scheduled. Jill assisted with the installation and set expectations that I likely wouldn't get a call to set this up for a few days. I asked if I were able to find someone to do it sooner if I could cancel, she assured me I could. I was able to find someone to do this, went back to the store the following day and Lisa was working, found Jill for me, Jill helped to cancel the installation. I then interacted with several people ending with Ron who assisted with helping me get the toilet off the shelf. Ron answered all my questions, and even pushed the cart to the cashier for me. The cashier Sandi was very helpful and friendly, she found two other associates who helped lift the toilet into the back of my car. This was a great experience and wonderful customer service!

I had a great experience at this Home Depot last week when I needed advice on a type of wood and a method of cutting it. The employee was super knowledgable and took the time to sort out different options and ask me the right questions to make a solid recommendation. I really appreciated this help

Unfortunately, the congestion created by Costco shoppers forces to plan my trips to Home Depot, (when Costco is not open).

Easily my favorite location. They’re a cut above when it comes to customer service.

Good for majority of my supplies

I had a long list but did not want to spend a long time in the store. I was lucky enough to run into sales associate Tom G. He took care of the list fast and safely and even helped me with recommendations for other home needs.

The employee "John" (Caucasian, black & gray hair, tall, lanky, about 45-50 was extremely helpful in finding the product I needed. He was courteous and respectful, and he went above and beyond to figure out what it was I needed and then helped me find it. He provided me with excellent customer service. I was in the store on Monday evening (8/31/2020).

Kyle is very kind and helpful employee, he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for my projects.

My favorite hardware/building supply store! Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always find what I need for DIY home repair, projects and hobbies.

The cashiers are terrific. It is a little hard to find employees to help find supplies for a project. AI does not replace a human employee that can understand the project you are working on and the various names for supplies needed and where they are located. Sometimes the same product is in a couple different places, and when it is out of stock in one place, it is in stock in another place.

Both associates that I had to ask for directions and ask for advice, were very knowledgeable and friendly. And they have everything needed for your do it your self projects. Prices were reasonable too.

Dylan in the paint department was extremely helpful during my visit to the store.

I'm not sure who is doing the hiring and training of the checkout staff at this store but they are doing a great job. We started building a new home last October and are now getting settled which has necessitated several trips to home improvement stores. Without exception we have encountered customer service focused staff at the checkouts who always ask if we found everything we were looking for. If not, they go above and beyond to get our questions/search responded to as quickly as possible. They deal with issues with sincere concern, humor and a sense of urgency. It's so refreshing with all of the stress that comes with building during this time of COVID.

Clean store, friendly staff. This was my second visit in the same day. I didn't catch the register person's name on the first round, but Sandi rang me up this time. She is just so sweet.

Always find friendly helpful employees! I just bought a house and this is my closest store... I've been there weekly I think since February and always had great service and help. I love going there but always seem to get lost in all the things I could buy!

Adam was very friendly and great to work with when explaining the differences in smoke/CO detectors and helping me make the best decision for my needs. We had alarms that were only 2 years old going off intermittently in the middle of the night. He explained why this may be happening and which ones would be the best solution to prevent this from happening in the future.

Recently visited Home Depot St Louis Park and had a good experience. I have a 1915 house and needed items like lighting, garden hoses, curtains, tension rod, cable, o-hooks, etc. An associate called Todd Gause helped me navigate the store and pick up everything on my list super efficiently. It really helps to have someone on your side who knows where everything is, and can also suggest items that you'll need for your project to save you a second trip (like anchors for my hooks and clamps for the end of the cable. SO helpful! Saved me sooo much time! I feel like only going back if I can be guaranteed my personal shopper again. It will be disappointing if I have to find everything by myself again after being so spoilt.

Home Depot in St Louis Park Minnesota is very neat organized store. The employees are very courteous, extremely knowledgeable about all of the stores products, and the employees also go above and beyond their call of duty to make every customer feel like they are a VIP!! Thank to all who take excellent pride in there work; Hope Depot Employees! That's what keeps me coming back!

All the employees are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about all of the stores products. Every time I shop at home Depot my default store is St Louis Park oh, it has always been a very pleasant experience! Home Depot is our home improvement store! we would like to thank Kathy and appliances again for assisting us with our last purchase! She absolutely deserves the five star outstanding customer service award!!

Store is conveniently located (near Costco gas :-), most of the employees were friendly and helpful, their inventory of items is pretty extensive.
