Consistent satisfaction with products and service. Have purchased flooring and now counter tops, and services that come with the project. Have never been disappointed. Installs have gone smoothly. Always appraised if a glitch. Products are consistent in quality and promised results. Last service interaction with sales associate was exceptional (he caught a glitch in the system that actually charged us $1K more than he originally gave….worked around the glitch noted it in the system, cleared how he did it with the manager, and returned us to the original amount…we could have been charged the $1K more if it were not for this intervention). And, glad to always go there.

What a wonderful day at St.Louis Park's HOME DEPOT location today. We haven't had such a wonderful experience in an awfully long time. Their employees helped us get in and out of the store very quickly as our bathroom sink was needing a fast do-it-yourself repair job. They did it in what I call lightening time and very efficiently. A HAPPY CAMPER

Joe at this location in flooring was incredibly helpful and helped me solve a really challenging kitchen floor situation that I was stressing over. I was extremely happy that he helped me come up with an option that will not only be fairly easy to install and clean and looks beautiful, but it was at a great price too!

I have shopped at several DIY stores, but this is the best.

Guadalupe was very helpful in instructing me on how to apply for a Home Depot member, as well as being kind and funny.

We were trying to replace a white color dishwasher. We were limited to supply line shortages as well as white not being a popular color. The sales people in the appliance department were very quick to check availability of products and were very willing to check alternate products for availability. It was a good shopping experience.

Saad went above and beyond with customer service! I came in seeking help for a shower conversation. He educated me, asked questions and explained what I needed and why. He even walked through the store and helped gather items and made suggestions. He also helped find assistance to load a heavy item into my car. Excellent service!

I have never had a bad experience with the staff. Always friendly and willing to help out and even give suggestions on fixing problems.

Worked with Russell in the lumbar department and he went above and beyond to help me source and cut the material I needed to tackle a big DIY project. I always appreciated this store for it's organization and abundant staff - I even drive out of the way to go to this location it's so good!

I find the customer service above and beyond each time I visit the St. Louis Park Home Depot. As a contactor in the Twin City Metro Area I have visited several other store and frequent this location due to personal customer service.

Looking lost when needing a piece of lumber an employee not working, shopping for herself stopped introduced herself and asked if I needed help. She asked about my project and took me to stains and gave me pointers. Way above and beyond her job description! Thanks Gail for always being so helpful and kudos to SLP Home Depot for having long time employees who care about their store.

When my water softener broke down, I called a repair company. They quoted me $3000-6000 to replace it … I went to the Home Depot and met Saad Boktor who literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars and gathered for me AND instructed me completely on how to replace … BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

Came in to return an item that was only used on one job. Box was a lil messed up was not properly greated by the other two employees but wade L. Helped me when he came back up was helpful and nice

I arrived at 9:45. 15 minutes left before close. I asked an employee for help, and rather than telling me he doesn't know what I am looking for, and getting someone who CAN help me, he waste my 15 minutes and then is forcing me to leave AT 10pm. He hands me a random piece and tells me to come back in the morning. Worst service I've EVER had. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I went into Home Depot for a varied array of items that were spread throughout the store. I am new to the area and finding things can be challenging. It was the end of a long workday for me and I was tired. As I wandered for just a few minutes, an employee engaged me and asked if I needed help, his name is Gary. After listing the items, Gary began to take me through the store to find each thing that I was looking for. He asked questions to clarify my needs and ensure that I got just the right tools. He looked for sale items to help ensure that my money was well spent. He also helped other customers as we moved through the store. He was so interested in serving his customers! After getting everything that I needed, I met another wonderful customer service representative as I checked out. She helped me in the Self Checkout because she was not busy. I noted that she spoke Spanish, according to her name tag—so wonderful to see! St. Louis Park’s Home Depot will be my go-to store for all of my hardware, home improvement needs!

Gary was very helpful

I was chased down by an associate of the St Louis park location by the name of Guadalupe. Yelling out sir sir and then asking for my receipt. Very embarrassing and upsetting. I never stole anything a day in my life. So to chase me down like that and asking no one else for their receipt before or after me proved that she just assumed I was stealing something. After she found that I had no stolen items she handed my receipt back and without even looking at me she had the nerve to say have a nice day. My day was going great until that happened. She asked no one else for a receipt. Just me. I was and still is very upset by the whole thing and It saddens me to think that she felt the needed to chase me down for proof but no one else. I will still shop there for convenience but if I see Guadalupe I will definitely avoid her like the plague. I will wait til anyone else is available to help.

I showed up and the pre-assembled grill I had ordered wouldn't fit in the car. The customer service manager then delivered the grill to our house personally. It was outstanding customer service and I'll certainly be back!

We have always had excellent service at the Home Depot in St. Louis Park, MN 55416. We recently renovated our kitchen and all flooring in our son's condo. The products are excellent, but more importantly, our consultants Kris and Jennifer were always willing to spend as much time with us as necessary to make sure all our concerns were taken care of. Craig, worked very hard to make sure our floor got installed properly - he worked hard to get every detail taken care of.

Caleb in the Garden Center is great to work with and very helpful!
