Was looking for a toilet bolts and seal set but can't find it in the store. It's available on the website but has to wait for shipping.

Home Depot has the worst customer service there’s no reason why a customer should have to wait an hour for someone to come and help them also they give you the run around returning items I tried returning an unopened grout mix and they are telling me it’s not scanning I had the receipt and everything.

Glad I was able to get item!

The HDX 2 gallon Pump Sprayer is a very inferior product to the Scott's 2 gallon sprayer. The HDX does not stay pressurized and there isn't a fan spay ability. I will return the product to the store look for a Scotts Sprayer online.

I knew where what I needed was, also the bathroom was clean as usual. No problems and parking was close to store exit.

Spent two hours at this store. I was finally directed to someone. His name is Napoleon. He is extremely rude. He should be working elsewhere. Not dealing with people.

I want to personally, thank Karen, from the Forest Ave store who went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a certain item which wasn’t in stock when I first requested it. She asked me would it be OK if I leave my phone number so when the item becomes available, she can personally call me. Guess what I did and so did she! She called me as soon as it was available and put it to the side for me for pick up. This was truly phenomenal. She was so kind, diligent. She gave the best customer service imaginable. She went above and beyond and did it with kindness, that’s something a lot of stores lack today…so thank you so much, Karen. I really appreciate it.

This store used to be pretty good, but now it is going down hill. It needs more workers who know about the supplies that are sold there, and better management to keep up with the demand.

This place is really one of the worst locations I’ve ever visited

I always enjoy visiting Home Depot as a gardening resource. Of course, on the way to the garden areas I'm always happy to browse and purchase items in various other departments that offer endless resources for Home improvement!

The store itself is good. But the parking lot and inside the store is packed with illegal migrants. I did not feel safe leaving my work vehicle in the lot un attended. I was shocked they didn’t break into it. Also when you’re walking in the parking lot and in the store the illegal migrants just bombard you and harass you. You honestly feel unsafe. For these reasons I will not be attending this store anymore.

I went in to return an online order. Those staffs already have an attitude problem. First said the item was used and they can’t accept the return. Finally proof it was not used they came up with the 2nd excuses saying their return policy is only 30 days. What a lied! 3 of those staffs were just standing there and talking with each other and didn’t want to do the work.

Takiera in customer service always takes the extra step to help.

These ladies were extremely helpful and professional during my purchases at this store.

Advertised a 16.46 inch wide AC that turned out to be19.3 inches wide. I called customer service several times but they kept picking up the call but not answering them, eventually just hanging up on me.

Cashier was unhappy I came to her and told me to the other side where other cashiers are. I hv so much back pain at the time. Helped me unwillingly and I told her she can help her customers above and beyond by helping me and to put a smile on her face. Instead she turned her back on me and speak to the other cashier. If you’re miserable helping people, then this is not the right job for you.

I thank JASON for being cheerful from heart and greeting customers. He is a great worker who gives every customer warm welcome

They are both friendly and sweet and offer great advice on all home depot products. They are in the pro/contractors check out. They are always a big help and super friendly.

Assistants nearly always helpful and knowledgeable and this has improved in recent years. Nice to be in the store

Paint mixing systems always down, short staffed, associates don’t speak English, bathrooms dirty our out of service

The Home Depot carpet brand Lifeproof is a very high-quality carpet and is backed by a 25-year warranty. This is proof that Home Depot stands by their product and believes in its longevity. The particular carpet I chose had a great density (Ex: A density of 3100 or higher is good, and this particular carpet had a density of 4100), which is a good indication of carpet quality and made of nylon which also has a long track record of being one of the most durable carpet materials used in the market.

I purchased a window to be installed and the salesperson was very attentive and knowledgeable. However, I had to wait 4 hours, not the 2 which was told to me. After working on my ONE window for 40 minutes the crew took a lunch break for almost an hour. They broke a piece of molding from the window, did NOT tell me (I actually heard the crack and saw the two pieces) and put it back with the caulking they use for the window. The workers were nice and the window is fine but telling a customer who asks if everything is fine and they say yes and don't even tell her about the broken molding is not ok at all. I will call the supervisor and tell him and I also hesitate to use Home Depot again for any projects.

I was warmly greeted by a Beautiful black lady. She was very helpful and helped me to find what I was looking for. The Cashier was very nice she greeted me with a warm smile and had a friendly conversation. Thanks Home Depot for providing excellent customer service.
