The lady who helped me find the item I wanted was very friendly and helpful. It was good that she was already in the aisle I was in, sometimes it is not so easy to find someone to help. Also the gentleman at the self-checkout helped me through the process since I wasn't sure how to get credit for my coupon. I would like to see a computer or some sort where I could type in the item I need and it would tell me what aisle it is in and if it is in stock.

I found the help that I needed with the repair of my iron, the assistant Ricardo did a great job fixing my appliance on the stop and it was fast, I am satisfied with the service at the Ashburn location

I visit this HD at least once a week (always seem to be doing a project). They always have what I need (or can get it), are always quick to help (whether it's find something or offer to load the truck), always smiling and always willing to answer questions on the best/easiest way to do a project. (WAY better than the "other" home improvement store in the area!)

Leandro was our sales associate and we couldn't have been more please. His knowledge of the products we needed - bathroom vanity, vanity top, commode and faucet far exceeded our expectations. He was very friendly and always seemed to go that extra mile for us. He's the type of person you hope and pray will come to your rescue in the sorting out all the choices. We will be back as we have another bathroom that needs to be remodeled with the same items we purchased today with his help- and we will definitely seek him out.

I recently purchased a new home so I've been spending a lot of time at home depot. Thankfully the employees at this home depot made all my visits pleasant and as quick as possible.

the store was clean and very organized. I was happy to find my products at the short time. Items were stored and organized in their particular isle. Associates offer help, without me trying to ask for it. The cashier and the supervisor at the counter were very friendly and helpful.

Associate Windell Martin was amazing very professional and extremely helpful. He was very attentive to my needs despite multiple interruptions. The store had everything i went for and has a large selection of products. It is sometimes difficult to maneuver around, especially when i have the kids in a big cart, because it seems someone is always stocking a shelf. Today they were setting up Halloween displays.

None of the employees know anything, worse service ever. I went to buy a Gas Grill, spoke to about 8 staff member, Walked with them back and forth and at the end was not able to get the gas grill that day. Called 3 days later to pick it up and Patrick (rep that answered the phone) told me it wasn't ready because the order was not placed properly. He said I need to do go back to the store and make a return and buy the grill again in order for him to be able to place the order. Amazing how patient I have been with ridiculous situation. I would never recommend coming to this Home Depot.

I couldn't find my product, nor could I find an associate. Once I did he didn't know where the product was I was looking for. He looked it up on his phone and then pointed me in the right general direction. Once I found my product, it was blocked by carts. The carts were also blocking the rear emergency exit door.

I only needed one item and didn't want to spend a lot of time searching for it. Within 2 minutes of walking through the door, I had an associate offering to help. In and out in under 10 minutes!!

I am recently retired and decided to focus more time on fixing up my property and landscaping. Where better to go for a multitude of supplies than my local Home Depot store which carries a wealth of gardening supplies and all kinds of other supplies for any homeowner. Thanks to the store and its associates for their helpful tips and "loading support" to place all my purchases in my car.

Everyone is extremely helpful and knew the store like the back of their hands. I love this place and since buying a home spend a lot of time there.

The staff is professional, the paint section is quick and gets the job done, everythings pretty organized, the lines go by quick.

This is one of the better The Home Depots I've ever been too. Clean and generally free of consternation and confusion. Some of the staff is very helpful, they have a great history of working in the industries that they cover in the store. Definitely don't mind getting advice from the associates, because they generally are right on.

We always get great service at the Sterling Home Depot: especially from Sanders and Charlie in millwork and Karen in Kitchen and Bath!

Ricardo was awesome! He helped solve our issue with a missing screw for our door handle.

Cristian is just a cashier and he always goes beyond his duties to help me load things into my car on multiple occasions. If he can help he is willing to do everythkng possible to make someones day a little easier and better.

On July 4th weekend, I bought all my kitchen appliances (Refrigerator, DW, Stove & MO) and prices was competitive and also they accepted competitor's coupon which is huge savings. Staff is friendly and I finished purchasing in an hour time and it is fun to shop at this home depot center.

Lucas cut my wood down to size and did such a great job ! He was professional and efficient, and was the epitome of how all employees should be. He is an asset to your company!

I received an exceptional amount of help from two Store Clerks, Omari and Rashaad. Both did a great job to help me find what i was looking for and i walked out paying a great price.

Fahad was quick to offer assistance. Even though he was assigned to a different area of the store. He made my shopping experience quick and pleasant.

I went in looking for a Lock and the Associate was very helpful.

I needed 28 boxes of floor tile & was referred from the Reston Store because Sterling showed stock of 91 boxes. Leandro went above & beyond in his effort to help me find the flats of tile. He helped me search for half an hour & refused to give up, even when I offered to go to the Merrifield Store. Leandro asked a floor associate, checked a store app & searched high & low. Finally found flats of tile in two totally separate places, neither where it was supposed to be. He then found Sanders to assist in getting the tile down & loading it into my vehicle. Sanders similarly could not have been more pleasant, courteous & helpful. Together Leandro & Sanders loaded the tile into my automobile, taking time to disperse the load though out my vehicle so as to ensure it would not place too much stress on my suspension system. Although I was quite frustrated by the poor organization system that cost me a lot of time, I could not have been more pleased with the service I received & due to Leandro & Sanders I left the store a happy camper with a smile on my face!
