Went at night late Estevan and Terresa were super helpful.

Love this store, especially the garden department. No matter which department I am in, I can always find a store associate to help me if I can't reach something. The staff is always willing to help load heavy items for me. There is always a great feeling in the store and when I have had to make several trips in one day, when I see associates on the second trip they always seem to remember that I was just there.

I have had the opportunity to visit many, many Home Depots - both in the US and Canada. This is, by far, the WORST one I have ever visited. The employees completely disregarded the customers while they chatted and idled in the store. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get assistance to get products that I COULD NOT get without a representative.

It took much too long for someone to come to cut a sheet of plywood for me. Another customer and I had to wait much longer than we should have had to.

My 'home' HOMEDEPOT. A great American store!

As busy as this location ALWAYS is, they need WAY more employees! The entrance was blocked by returned items! The employees seemed overworked and uncaring. I was sent on a wild goose chase for an item and was given the wrong location, when I FINALLY FOUND an employee on the floor!

Clean store, well-stocked, friendly salespeople. Ideal visit and transaction. Couple of the elevators were out of service, though, but I'm sure they'll be up and running soon enough.

The staff is usually very helpful. The checkout process is not long. I especially like coming on off-hours.

Jessica and Miguel went above and beyond trying to locate a truck for me to rent. They called 5 Home Depot's and it took 42 mins but the found me a truck to rent. Thank you sooo much you guys ROCK! This store is the closest to my house. In general I had positive experiences here. Stock is fairly decent and so is the price/quality ratio.

This is a great Store Customers are helpful. There are days when you have to wait more time, but it is worth it. The Assistant Manager I believe Dennis he is very helpful, and means business. I will continue shopping there. One more person that was of great assistance Leslie she went out of her way to assist me. Very pleased...

Great store with a lot of selection, in both brand and price, so if you are looking for someting as a professional contractor they have it, if you are weekend DIY person, they got it. Friendly, helpful, well informed staff make the shopping there worth the time. The staff is honest about items and sometime will go beyond the call to help you out, for example making recommendations and suggestions.

i want to give credit to tony from garden for helping me out carry 15 brown mulch, 10 pea pebble to my truck. The young man work very hard and he was very friendly and wonderful! Great customer service by him. i would come back to home depot because of tony. thank you!

i would having trouble choosing what rat prison or trap should i be getting until i met this young man name tony. he was very friendly and very helpful. the most important thing is that he was very patience and answer all of my question. we also have a good laugh too. what a delight young man and was smiling too. thank you tony

Went to Home Depot to buy lightbulbs associate named art help me and taught me a lot about LEDs he had great customer service

Been shopping at this Home Depot location for 20 years. When we recently purchased a grill and propane on our own, because we couldn't find anyone to help us with our questions, we were frustrated to learn the next day we'd gotten the wrong propane tank for the grill. When we returned to the store with the unopened, unused tank -- the store manager was obstinate and could not articulate why returns were not allowed, only that he did not take returns. Strange how no one told us that before we bought it even though it took two associates to help us. The manager wouldn't even return the deposit on the tank and insisted we had bought the tank even though we'd been told at checkout part of the $50 was for a tank deposit. Store manager told us to take it up with the vendor, yet did not provide any contact information for the vendor. I won't be a 21 year customer of this location or The Home Depot. Baller Hardware on Hyperion will get all of my business now.
